Products listed are more the high-ended products. Inesun.com specializes in CCTV and security equipment but I have purchased phones from them, tablet from them and security equipment (camera) and all are marvelous.

Products were sent timeously and packaged beautifully.

Customer Service is outstanding. You are kept informed all the way and after-sales customer service is really exceptional.

I had a faulty phone returned it no problem. Received it back beautifully packaged with extra beautiful gifts. What a wonderful surprise!

They have a great selection of products at their lovely website.

"This company is reliable and they have very good communications. The instant chat is very much appreciated especially when trying to decide on a particular item. Service has been very good and the staff you chat with has authority to make deals as well.
I can really recommend this company. Shipping is good too but make sure you ask for fast shipping else it can take way too long for my liking."

"I was very concerned ordering from this company at first. Let me just say that absolutely everything went smoothly and to my liking. I bought a CMOS camera from them through Ebay knowing they ship from China but hoping for the best.

I was very, very suprised to see that this thing arrived to my post office faster than the majority of all Ebay sellers out there. I can't remember how fast but I wanna say in like 4 days or something.

They are very courteous and kindly answered all my emails with accurate (but broken english) responses. Many times you'll get a canned response, but this was an actual person. I like that. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again."
