Since I could not get to our cabin every weekend they were very patient as well. I am extremley happy with the product and would recommend them to anyone."

Cannot get a human on the phone just a message to use the web site. No help in trying to fix problem with product. Lost a lot of money returning broken products (HDTV antenna). Favorite response is "sorry for the inconvenience". This is the WORST on line buying experience I have EVER had. They should be kicked off the internet."
"This is a scam. Do not purchase any items from here. I was looking for some Japanese products and found this website. It didn't look so credible but it was using paypal as payment method(which I really trust) so I thought I might give it a go.
Wow. I can't believe how stupid I was. I misplaced an order and had to cancel one of it. I realized that mistake within 3 hours of the purchase which doesn't seem too bad. The phone number listed in the site only gives you an automatic voice message to contact with the provided email address.(I called for 3days, at least 15 times including working hours for all different time zones) Ok. so I tried emailing. The answer I got was 'will be shipped in 24hrs'. Are you kidding me? I said I wanted to cancel the order, not getting it shipped!! I contacted Paypal, but doesn't seem to be much helpful in such case. Just after the purchase, I wasn't even able to cancel it through paypal. The seller claims the money from paypal right away and ignores all the messages sent from the buyer. Huh. I tried contacting through facebook, twitter, email, phone call and no reply yet.
Stay away from this seller. Or if you feel like donating money to an unknown source, go for it"

So, I noticed that out of the 13 reviews of this site that I found on Google, it appears to be unreliable. However, I took a chance with this site, because even a GACKT fan with half-a-brain would know not to pass up an opportunity to purchase his goods that are on sale for under $20--in NEW(!) condition. It was a risky bet, I admit, but it actually paid off in the end. In a little over a week, I received the awesome 6D7N Live DVD in perfect condition (that means in its original packaging, w/o a scratch), and only had to pay $25(!!!) for it all. I am definitely going to buy more of GACKT's DVDs here, while they last!!"

"Okay, first everything is great. They have the lowest price, and the gun I want, including acceseries. So I buy from them. Right after, I had realized I had made a cruecial mistake... I had bought a battery that might not fit in my gun. Actually no biggie, i just said, "I would like to cancel my order." The only problem was, they didn't reply to me for about 5 days. The good thing was, they still didn't even ship it! Wow they suck. After their reply I could tell they just wanted my money by the way they delt with me. Every email it took a long time to reply. (Not one or two days.) Not a fun retailer to bargain with.

It took a little bit slow, and I was afraid my order status was going to be stuck on "Will ship in 2-3 days", as some other reviewers on here have experienced. But they shipped about a week later, and I tracked the package until it got to my location.
Overall, good seller, but they're just a little slow."
