"Maybe I just had a bad experience. Bought something and it was still "processing" 13 days later...emailed them once, no response. Tried calling them and was on hold for 20 minutes, no response. Emailed them again and they finally responded and shipped my item the same day. The item was supposedly backordered, but the site didn't say anything when I ordered it. I feel like they just forgot about my order, but who knows. Very slow and poor customer service. What saves them are their cheap prices."
"Bad Experience. Ordered on 4/16/13 and did not receive the product or a shipping notice after 7 days. Attempted to call Imedmart but their customer service number is to a recording telling you to use their webpage. I sent an e-mail canceling the order on 4/24/13 and ordered the same product from a different online retailer.Two days after I canceled the order I received an e-mail notice that the product had been back ordered and was being shipped out. I sent them another e-mail referencing my cancellation of 4/24/13 and that I did not want the product. No response. They had charged my credit card for the purchase. "
"Placed an order 10/30, was charged 11/20, never received my order, tried cancelling but no refund. Emailed, called, called again, finally got to talk to someone and was told they were moving warehouses and would start shipping next week (now it was late January) order still never came so I called again and asked to cancel and get a refund was told "we're shipping next week", I laughed and insisted on cancelling at which point they hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. Had to to put in a claim with the card company. These people are running a scam DO NOT order from them. Like one guy said I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them negative 5."

"Terrible company. After two weeks I had not received an email saying my order had shipped so I emailed them. They did not respond to that email or three subsequent ones. Tried calling their toll free number and got only a voice message, no way even to leave a call back number. The only good thing I have to say is that they didn't charge my credit card. I cancelled the order on their site. Got a robo response acknowledging that. Strongly advise against doing business with this shop."
"This was the WORST online shopping experience of my life! I ordered supplements on the 4th of December and now, a month later, still haven't heard from them. My order has never shipped but my credit card was promptly debited. I wish I had elected to check out with paypal because then I could have gotten my money back easily. This is a good piece of advise for anyone ordering from an online store: CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL! you'll get your money back regardless of the responsiveness of the customer service."
"I wish I could find a better outlet to place my dissatisfaction. I needed some meds for my daughter and myself but have not been able to get any response or delivery now over a month later. I have now been trying to cancel my order but fear my money will not be seen again. I placed a large order thinking they were going to be giving me this great deal they boasted of for prices. I had to go to WholeFoods and buy the products at twice the price of what I normally pay but I had too many side effects when I ran out of my meds to go without any longer. I am disappointed and wondering if they are just a scam of an operation. Luring in gullible customers like myself into thinking we were actually getting a good deal!"
"This company is AWFUL do not buy. I placed an order over a month ago...nothing. So I call I am person #3 in the wait line and my time is approx 1 min. After TONS of holding time I get to be #2 and my wait time jumps to 7 mins. Then I get a recoding that thanks me, directs me to the website and hangs up. I filled out the form online and got an auto reply sayong I'd hear from them within 36 hrs. A week later and NOTHING. SCAM SCAM SCAM"
"This is the worst online experience i have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They did not send product but charged my card. After 2 weeks we cancelled order and it has been over a week and we have not gotten a refund or been able to communicate with them about when to expect it99."

"Wish I had looked this company up BEFORE placing my order...avoid this seller like you would avoid someone with the plague!!!They sell products as "in stock" when they are not actually in stock, customer service is ridiculous. They do not respond to emails and the calls get routed to horrible service reps (likely not in U.S.) where you can not get a supervisor if you ask for one and the representatives hang up on you. I got put on mute because I wanted a supervisor then she hung up on me every time I called back after that I would get hung up on immediately. I filed a complaint with the BBB to try to get my problem resolved...companies like this should not be allowed to stay running. Found reviews where some people didn't get their order for months! If I could give this company a negative 5 stars even that would not be sufficient enough to explain how bad this company is!"

"Terrible company that I would never, ever deal with again. I've been shopping with them for a few years with no problems until recently. I've placed an order back on September 2nd and checked on its order status periodically for 2 weeks and noticed my order had not been shipped yet. I sent multiple emails to them and always get an automated reply stating they would get back to me within the next 48 hours and never do. Then I tried calling them by phone and I'd always get this message stating I was next in line to be answered and after waiting 10 min the automated operator would state that the time exceeded normal wait time and suggested I try contacting them by email and hangs up. And this happened EVERY time I've called them.After a month and a half of this, I finally cancelled my order and requested a refund. Again, they don't answer any of my emails or phonecalls. Finally, I reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commision). They opened a case against imedmart.com and they wouldn't even reply to them! To this very day, I've yet to receive my refund for over $50 of products that I've paid for!Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IMEDMART.COM. They are a horrible company, have NO customer service and rips YOU off!"
