He got the the ticket and had to arrange a domestic flight in US with a savings for over $3000. My friend's mom did not speak any english, Dmitry went out to contact the airline personnel and had them take her from the customs and took her to change planes. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism shown by this team. I dealt with Dimitry cheney and found him extremely competent. Even though I had an extremely limited time flexibility, he managed to get us the flights we requested and confirmed them with the airlines before paying them.
