So I ordered one for each shoulder. The icewraps work really good. I bought two extra ice packs to change them out once they get warm. He seems to like them. I think the compression in the upper arm helps, too. "I bought the lumbar Icewrap as a gift to my mother, who'd fractured her tailbone months ago and was still in pain, unable to walk independently. The Icewrap is truly soothing and the lower part reaches her sacrum - the only ice pack I found online which does so! I am so hopeful that the Icewrap will help ease her daily pain, and help her feel more comfortable after physical therapy.
