"Don't buy from icemonkey, not worth it. I bought two ear headsets. It took me over three weeks to deliver. When I bought the packages I found coffee filters. When I wrote requesting a refund because I bought another pair from amazon, he refused to refund me my money and had the audacity to say that I don't have mail back the coffee filter. I threw the coffee filters in the garbage because I don't even have the matching coffer maker. FORGET ICEMONKEY. "

"Poor experience with Ice Monkey. I ordered a tablet from their website, they supposedly shipped it, tracking number showed delivered, yet it never was. As mentioned before by other users, there is no phone number to reach them, so correspondence has taken weeks. Initially, I thought they would do the right thing as they said after 12 business days of no changes in the tracking, they would issue a refund or ship a new item. When that time frame passed, they told me they would do neither as it wasn't their policy.

There are many other outlets for the items they sell. My advice is to refrain from ordering or working with them. It simply isn't worth the risk."

"Very pleased with the items sold (grab them while they still have stock!) and with their attention to helping the customer, and responding to the routine purchase concerns. So much good stuff, and well described and great values. A place to check every day for interesting and valued items, many of which are not found elsewhere."

"Order was shipped promptly. Mistakes do happen and what separates a good company from a great company is how they deal with issues. I was very impressed with the level of service I got from Ice Monkey. I ordered two cables and a phone dock. I only received one of the cables (these things happen). I emailed Ice Monkey on Saturday morning and explained the problem. I got an auto reply that they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays and would contact me the next business day. I had an email from them early Monday morning requesting some additional information. I provided it to them and within an hour I had a response apologizing for the problem and indicating that they were out of stock on that particular cable so that they would issue me a refund, the very next email was from PayPal indicating that the refund had been processed. I can't tell you how many times I have had to fight a company for weeks and weeks to get an issue addressed. I was floored by how quickly they responded and how promptly they issued the refund. "

"Ordered a bluetooth, received wrong item. Had to email as they have no phone. This takes almost a week between emails as they don't respond quickly. They told me they sent the correct item, so I would have to take a picture of everything and send it to them. A week later, they told me to send it back and as I had requested a return label, they told me it would be sent email in 1-3 days. 5 days later, no label. I send it on my own dime and emailed them to tell them that. The return package tracking number showed it was received on May 6. A week later after I emailed them, they told me they have no record of receiving this, and to send the tracking #. I sent it, and 5 days later they told me they have no record of receiving this and to send the tracking number. I had to open a dispute with paypal."

"I am a repeat customer of Ice Monkey. Just recently, and for the first time ever in more than 25 separate purchases, I was missing an item from an order. It was a small item and actually it was merely just an issue of the incorrect number of a particular item included in the package, not the entire item missing from the order. I emailed Ice Monkey and immediately received a reply email from "Ginger" in customer service apologizing for the mistake. Within two days Ginger not only shipped the missing item, but also emailed me again to make sure the item arrived. I cannot say enough positive things about Ice Monkey or their staff ... except I would hire Ginger away from them to work for my company if I could! Highly recommend Ice Monkey for their great prices, honesty, and outstanding customer service."

"I have worked with Icemonkey and DailySteals on about 20 orders now and they have been great. They always get back to me as soon as possible and when they do they are extremely polite and helpful. I recently had an issue with the charger that came with a tablet I purchased and they were able to locate a replacement and send it out to me at no charge! Very pleased and I will be coming back for more items in the future."

"I have been a big fan of Daley Steals, Ice Monkey and Heist, these are all the same company just different divisions, the products are all great with great value for the dollar spent, should you every have a problem with any product simply let them know and they will resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction. They are simply the very best!"

"I had an issue with my purchase and I emailed them and got a response the next business day with instructions on how to fix my problem and it worked! Can't go wrong with a good phone for just $70! The shipping was also very quick. "

"I visit the IceMonkey web site every day! If you are looking for a bargin and are a regular internet shopper it is a must visit location!
After My recent IceMonkey order of the Vaas iphone 4 battery case. Item arrived defective contacted customer service and they have already sent a replacement item! Super fast customer service! Rare in the business world today! No excuess just results! I recommend IceMonkey to everyone! If you have not shopped here you are missing out!"

"Ice Monkey is a great place to find some good deals on useful and interesting things. On a recent purchase I had an issue with a faulty item and E mailed them to see about an exchange. Their customer service dept. took care of it in a very fast and more than satisfactory manner. "

"Had several order with IM, all successful until recently. I received part of the order and expected that the balance would come in another shipment. Didn't! So I wrote IM and received request for pix of what was received and the packaging. I wrote the the packaging had been discarded and was unabailable. I was told that the website says that if there are any problems with the order you must retain the original packaging. Which means that I'm not getting the balance of my order and they aren't doing anything about the problem."
