I note that my credit card was billed for the order total only seconds after I clicked \u0022SUBMIT\u0022 (I get a text message from my credit card company), so I guess that\u0027s what \u0022We verify all credit cards before shipping\u0022 means. This morning, I received a refusal to cancel the order, because \u0022the label has been printed\u0022. It\u0027s not even shipped, and only a few hours after ordering they refuse to cancel. I saw a particular headset that was old tech, but had a function I wanted to try, so I bought a couple of them. One seems to be new, but the other was blatantly used. It was missing parts, and there was earwax on the earpiece. Granted, they are a website for cheap items, but selling something as new that is obviously used and missing parts is a blatant misrepresentation of their product. I am not going to go through the process of a refund, because it is too cheap to waste the time and energy.
