"Ordered a bluetooth, received wrong item. Had to email as they have no phone. This takes almost a week between emails as they don't respond quickly. They told me they sent the correct item, so I would have to take a picture of everything and send it to them. A week later, they told me to send it back and as I had requested a return label, they told me it would be sent email in 1-3 days. 5 days later, no label. I send it on my own dime and emailed them to tell them that. The return package tracking number showed it was received on May 6. A week later after I emailed them, they told me they have no record of receiving this, and to send the tracking #. I sent it, and 5 days later they told me they have no record of receiving this and to send the tracking number. I had to open a dispute with paypal."

"I am a repeat customer of Ice Monkey. Just recently, and for the first time ever in more than 25 separate purchases, I was missing an item from an order. It was a small item and actually it was merely just an issue of the incorrect number of a particular item included in the package, not the entire item missing from the order. I emailed Ice Monkey and immediately received a reply email from "Ginger" in customer service apologizing for the mistake. Within two days Ginger not only shipped the missing item, but also emailed me again to make sure the item arrived. I cannot say enough positive things about Ice Monkey or their staff ... except I would hire Ginger away from them to work for my company if I could! Highly recommend Ice Monkey for their great prices, honesty, and outstanding customer service."

So I wrote IM and received request for pix of what was received and the packaging. I wrote the the packaging had been discarded and was unabailable. I was told that the website says that if there are any problems with the order you must retain the original packaging. Which means that I'm not getting the balance of my order and they aren't doing anything about the problem."

Had a problem with an item I bought for a Christmas gift and found out 2 months later that the item was defective. After 1 email to them they offered to replace or refund the purchase, no questions asked. A++++"
"I ordered two Motorola Lapdocks from Ice Monkey advertised as NEW. I got no tracking information for a week and had to send them a note requesting same before I finally got the tracking number. When the order finally arrived almost two weeks later via the superslow UPS Sure Post, the order only contained one item, it was an open box, not new, and missing parts, and was defective. Contacting Ice Monkey made them request numerous pictures of everything that was shipped, even though the package weight itself was well below what even one item should have been, and it's taken a week of back and forth just to get them everything they asked for in terms of pictures and information. They then insisted I drop my PayPal claim against the order before they would issue any refunds or RMA returns, which PayPal specifically advised me NOT to do. I should not have to give up my right to file a claim on an order that has been 100% screwed up due to Ice Monkey and then hope I someday get a refund from them on their time and terms. A terrible way to do business. "
