My order 5 days after I placed it was showing pending status. On the second day after I ordered a camera I called in and was able to talk with sale person. He was trying really hard to sell additional accessories for the camera. I declined all additional offers. Then couple days later I tried to call them back multiple times to find status of my order. It was on Sunday. Sales department should work on Sunday, but no one was available on that day. On Monday morning I called them again and was finally able to talk with sales person. He was very nice and polite and helped me to expedite my order. I was promised to get my camera during this week.I\u0027ll update this review later, when I get my camera.<br>P.S. I\u0027ve got my camera on Wednesday as promised. Everything is working. "I was a little wary of placing an order with a company I never used before, but from the start they were very straight forward with me. Letting me know exactly what I was buying ( a new canon 18-135mm lens) and where it came from. They gave me a free upgrade to UPS shipping and it came the next day! A great product for the best price I could find exactly as described. William from customer service was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to order from them again. "
