To my surprise they were very knowledgable about the product and got me set up with a better package and helped me get the price down as well. By the way it was for a Nikon D3200 THANK YOU WILLIAM in Customer Service. You guys are great."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a camera. They tried to upsell, and when i refused they apparently never put the order in. They never billed my credit card, but I also waited weeks with no contact from this merchant. When I called customer service (twice) they left me on hold then hung up on me both times. "

"These guys had the best price by several hundred dollars for the projector I needed, and it was delivered as promised. Three encounters with telephone support all ended quickly and well, thanks to helpful and friendly representatives. First to resolve an understandable fraud notice on my credit card, then to discover why no tracking number was given on shipment (they unilaterally changed the shipping method to trackable). Finally to track down the extended warranty. Product was shipped in an unmarked carton with generic packaging, no factory logo, and no manuals, which was initially a concern, however a call to Hitachi confirmed the unit was indeed not refurbished or previously registered, and I prefer digital documentation anyway.

Overall, very pleased with service and all of my legitimate concerns were addressed.

"Unscrupulous seller. I ordered a camera from them. A few hours after I completed the checkout, they cancelled the order and told me it's no longer available. I checked their web site and it's available, only at a higher price. They just don't want to complete their contract because they decide to raise the price after they took my order. I would not use them again and I would not recommended others to use them."

"Similar to the review right before mine, I ordered a T3 Canon package on 4/30/13, and as of today, 06/27/13, it has not arrived. I also got the "verify" call, where they tried to upsell me into buying other products. I'm guessing since I did not buy any add-ons, my satisfaction is no longer their concern.

I have spoke with their customer service 3 times and have e-mailed them 4 times, and the only response they have given me is that they are "waiting for a new shipment to arrive." Well, I have been nearly 2 months without a good camera and have missed capturing photos of several events with my kids. I just e-mailed them to cancel my order and that I will be contacting the BBB, which I intend to do. Please do not do business with this company!

"To start off I purchased a Canon T3 bundle package and received an email saying I needed to call in to "Verify" my order. After I called in I was informed that my Bundle didn't include a battery or charger & had to purchase that seperatly. After contacting Canon I was informed that they do not sell the T3 without a charger and battery so they are taking them out of the box's and selling them back too you. I went ahead and placed my order anyway on May 12 it is June 11th and still have not received my order. I contacted ibuysonline through their website twice with no response other than the "we have received your e-mail" confirmation. I also called and spoke with customer service ( I use that term lightly ) and was told they were going to find out what happned and give me a call back or an e-mail. Guess what I got back........That's right you guessed it nothing. No phone call, No e-mail. So I have contacted someone that does listen to me. My bank and had to dispute the charge in order to get my money back. I wouldn't buy anything from these people again. Terrible Customer Service unethical sales practices. If I could give them a negative rating I would."

"This is a SHAM business! And for the record, I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB. They are selling their listed items for a very cheap price compared to other businesses. To begin with, when you order an item, they require that you voice verify your credit card information and use opportunity as a tactic to pressure you into making extra purchases. This is the first time i've ever felt genuinely uncomfortable making a transaction online. They don't take NO for an answer. The gentleman I dealt with initially (Alan Parrott), was so persistent on making an additional sale. When he told me that the camera wasn't going to come with a battery or charger, not only did I find this odd, but I quickly decided I will just purchase these on eBay instead; he still tried to sell me on these items-- claiming that I would not find genuine CANON parts on eBay (which is highly untrue). I was on a particular budget and I made it VERY clear that I simply could not afford any extras at the moment. He still felt the need to try and sell me on a warranty. So after he abruptly ended our phone call, the next day I noticed the transaction was still pending and I called them AGAIN to find out that the item was suddenly "out of stock" and the distributor is going to send it A MONTH LATER. What I don't understand is how this item was available YESTERDAY but not TODAY! I looked into the reviews on this website, and found that although they were given mostly positive reviews, those few like myself who got scammed, had very similar, if not identical problems. They will successfully conduct transactions with people they can get to purchase extras, therefore the listed prices are FALSE. It's impossible to get an item they're selling at the listed price WITHOUT spending any additional money. I feel like I was cheated, I should have gotten the camera I wanted at the price that was listed! Based on my experience and those who also wrote a negative review, the way ibuysonline conducts business is FRAUDULENT and should be shut down immediately."

Okay, so I came here first to read other buyers review. I read alot of negative feedback about, if you order a camera, the sales people will call you if you place an order to try and up sale you. I then email twice to ask a few question to verify, if the Nikon D5200 came with a battery and charger. No response. I then yesterday placed the order. Today, I got a call from Allen and he was trying to upsale me. He told me that the battery and charger had to be bought seperate and were another extra $99 and I said no, it seems strange that they would come seperate. He then offered to sell me warranty and thats when I cancelled my order. He sounded very impatience and was uneasy to speak with. Buy from other sites that include information about what is in the Box. AVOID THIS BUYER AND WEBSITE AT ALL COST, OR BECOME A VICTIM.
