"These people are vipers! Run as far in the opposite direction as you can! I paid extra for 2-day delivery on a $300 Blu-Ray player. When it didn't arrive after 3 days, I called & was told they would look into it & return my call that same day. They didn't return my call. I called every day for the next 4 days. The first 2 days, I was told that I would be 100% satisfied by the end of the day. But each day I had nothing - no merchandise, no phone call, no refund. Then, after I insisted on speaking with a manager, & only after they could find one, I got a story about how they had to trace the package with UPS & couldn't refund my money until they completed their research. I contended that I paid for something that I didn't have & I was due my money back - now. They could deal with UPS on their own time & dime. I felt like a prisoner who was being held hostage! Finally, after a full 14 days, they refunded me. Believe me, just go in to your local big box & pick up your purchase. The $50 I would have saved by buying from this merchant was not worth the anxiety, the phone calls, etc. Lesson learned. I'm staying with a name I can recognize from now on. No more obscure, online merchants who can deliver nothing more than empty promises. If I can steer you away from these people, then my experience was worth something."

"This has been a frustrating experience. I ordered my item along with many other items from other retailers. All the other purchases have arrived, my order at this retailer hasn't even shipped yet. When I called, they told me that they were holding the shipment in order to ask me if I wanted to buy an extended warranty. If I wanted that, then I would have bought it. That to me is terrible business. So here I sit 24 hours later and it still has not shipped, day 6. "

"IBuy Digital calls you after you place an order and says that all of the credit card numbers are not submitted. But this is really a scam to sell you accessories over the phone. See other ratings to find the same comments from other customers. The IBuy Digital agent claimed to have a super memory card, and my existing memory card was not good enough for the type of camera that I purchased. Unfortunately for me, I purchased a memory card from them. It was not a good value at all and it is nothing special. My experience with IBuy Digital was not a positive one. I think that their tactics are unprofessional and I will not hesitate to tell others about it."

"Ok, I ordered a canon 40D with a factory warranty. That is what arrived. They were the cheapest on the internet and since it was an older model canon not so easy to find.
From the time I placed the order until it was shipped a lot of sketchy things happened. First I was called to verify my order, which I did. Then I was called and said I had to verify the order with my credit card. When I called the credit card they said that the charge had already gone through and that the merchant could ship. I called back I buy digital and they again said I needed to call the credit card because they were not authorizing the order. That is when I began to doubt them. This went on about 3 more times until I made a conference call with ibuy digital.com and my credit card. After a long discussion of the card company telling ibuydigital.com that my card had been charged and that there was no problem...they agreed to ship the item. At this moment I asked ibuydigital.com to confirm the order and they confirmed that it was a USA canon 40D with an additional MAC 3 year warranty.
After the order was shipped I checked the status at UPS and it showed that the package was being held at the location. This remained held for 3 days and UPS could not give me any reason why. When I called Ibuydigital.com They told me it was being because they could not read the address. I was beginning to doubt them highly, especially with all their negative reviews. When the camera finally arrived...it was a grey market 40D with an additional warranty but not from MAC. I guess that is what you get for the price you pay.
It was a very sketchy experience. I do not think I would buy from them again."

"If the order is delivered you may be happy. But if there is a problem with the shipment, be prepared!!! This store treats you as if you have no rights nor respect. UPS Tracking says "Left at the door" (How stupid!!!). Customer representative says about a month for me to receive another one, they have to wait UPS tracing process and then ship another one. Also stated that many customers receive goods then call saying they didn't!(Nice way to generalize customers). Besides if a signature was requested that option would not be possible. This company makes me remember a vary nice saying... ''The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices is forgotten.'' "

"I ordered brand new Canon 24-105 lens. The vendor called to confirm the order and reassured that the lens was new, that there were no tricks.
To my disappointment the shipped lens wasn't new. Probably it was refurbished item (missing manual, no manufacturer's box, etc).
The policy for returns is really weird - one had to call in 2 days, otherwise anything one complained about would be his / her fault. And yes, there was 5% restocking fee. I waited for 20 min before someone answered. I got my RMA, shipped the lens back, and filed a dispute with my credit card.
Even though it was clear IBuyDigital.com fault, they haven't refunded 100%, and charged their 5%. I took all the pics, copies, prints from their website, so good luck IBuyDigital with the dispute.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with the vendor, and of course, under no circumstances would I ever place any order."

"I placed this order based off of the information on their website stating that the item was in stock. I received the confirmation and even a phone call confirming that the order was received and was processed. 20 days later, I get an email stating that the order is just now shipping. After calling to confirm this, I was told that the shipment was canceled because the item is not in stock. If I hadn't called, I never would have been made aware of this. Very poor customer service. I canceled this order and will not purchase from again."

"I would NOT recommend to buy from this place.

I purchased Canon EF 28-135 IS USM lens from them.
Web site says that it is Brand NEW, Factory Warranty.
I even call them to verify and they told me it is like if I buy it from Canon.
What I received what "OPEN BOX" lens (it even says that on box itself and on packing slip !!!).
No original box, no warranty card. Basically there is NO warranty,
because iBuyDigital is NOT authorized Canon dealer.
I called Canon and they told me, they will NOT honor warranty from iBuyDigital.

So iBuyDigital LIES on their web site. And when I call them for replacement,
they did not want to pay for return shipping. They did not guarantee me NEW lens.
They TOLD me that those lens are as good as new and it says "Open Box"
because they break packages. What a SCAM.

Stay AWAY from them. Pay more, but from authorized dealer."
