"Excellent experience. I ordered toner for my Canon ImageClass c2100 on Monday, got e-mail receipt shortly after & received notification of shipping on Tuesday. It arrived Thursday morning.

The shipping e-mail gave a tracking number & said it was shipping UPS ground. It actually shipped FedEx. Other than that, this was a great online buying experience & will definitely order from i-Market again.

Addendum 2/17/08: I did order from them again. They have the best price for my Canon toner & excellent service."

"Ordered a bunch of ink from these guys because it was really cheap. They dont have an automated response system for when you put in the order, but they do email you as soon as it ships out. They dont put your tracking number or link to the tracking page in the emails, you can track by going to thier page and then hitting "shipment tracking". Other than that, I have no qualms about this company. I have not used the ink yet, but it is the same brand of ink that they usually sell at computer shows for double or triple the price."

"Been dealing with this Company for 2-3 years. I ordered Ink. Always fast service, most of the time same day shipping. Quality Product.

What more can you ask for.

I had a problem with my address (my fault). They still shipped the order out the same day. Easy to get on the phone!

"Quite pleased, good selection as to what I was looking for (wireless keyboard.) Just a small order but it was handeled quickly and seemed to be no problems.

Site cosmetics are not most impressive looking, but seems to deliver."

"Very good prices. Nice range of hard to find stuff. Bought a USB TV Tuner with MPEG recording facility - cheapest price I saw anywhere on the net. Very reasonable shipping charges, and was waiting at my doorstep in four days. Highly recommended."

"Purchase several canon bci-6 series generic inks from them on a Thursday and they arrived Monday. Inks seem to be decent quality with expiration dates. Shipping was $8- not too bad. Confirmation email was sent with tracking #"

"This makes the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from I-Market, drawn by their exceptionally low price on compatible ink tanks ($15 vs HP's $34). As far as I can see, their cartridges work just as as the official versions, just 60% less expensive.

Check out their other offerings- it's a rather eclectic store with poker chips and chess boards against ink tanks and retractable computer cables (at $2.50 for the cables, I couldn't resist buying 2).

The website isn't the most elegant, but at these prices who cares? Just use your browser's Back button to continue ordering additional items before checking out. They frequently run online coupons for an even bigger savings.

The only downside is for those that like tracking their shipment. Their invoice arrived promptly in my e-mail box, but had no UPS tracking number. The website has a tracking link, but it didn't work with my invoice number. (I didn't try contacting customer service, so I can't judge that.) The package did arrive at the expected time (about 1 week later), so I'm happy with the results."

"Great service. I was hesitant at first to order since they seem small, but they offer INK cartriges for my printer at $7 each (epson C60). I was very pleased with this company and will order my next refill from I-market"
