"Ordered Ink on 11/28/2011, Ink came in but would not indicate level on printer. I called and talked to Jesse and he said that they do not reset the chips of the used cartridge to indicate the level of the ink. I told him I didn't want the ink and he sent me an RMA# (return #). after sending the ink back on 12/6/2011, a few days later I receive an e-mail notifying me my new ink (that I don't want) has been sent. I called Jesse and told him "I said I didn't want the ink", and he sent me another RMA#. On 12/13/2011 I sent the ink back again. Track & confirm shows them receiving it 12/19/2011. I called on 12/23/2011 to see why I haven't received credit on my card, and Jesse told me it will take a couple of days to show my credit on my card. Called back on 12/28/2011 and Jesse said that they credited my card on 12/23/2011. I called my credit card company, they told me there was no credit for that charge, I filed a dispute and my credit card company credited my account. I've got all my documents and they have 45 days to dispute it. What a nightmare, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK"
"Ordered on 3/9/2011. Called 3/14/2011 to find out status of order. Was informed they were out of product and possibly would not have it until end of April.
I then cancelled order and was told it would take a few days to process and credit to be issued to me.
Called again on 3/17/2011 and was told credit had not been issued yet, but possibly would be issued next day IF accounting got to it.
They can instantly take your money, but take their sweet time returning it to you when there is a problem.
Never, never will I do business with this company again!!!!"
"There may be advantages to ordering from imarketcity.com, such as their prices and their logistics (order ships exceedingly promptly in my area, just as preceding reviews suggested could be the case). Unfortunately, they use UPS, who couldn't be bothered to deliver my toner cartridge. (I ordered same in advance of the end of the old one's life, so can't attest yet to its quality or reliability). There was a telephone number to call at imarketcity.com, but when I called it, they made no offer to follow up with UPS, much less with me. They demurred one hundred percent from being helpful. I do not recommend ordering from imarketcity.com if you 1) have either had past problems with UPS, who are a union shop with practically no way to discipline workers who treat customers poorly, or 2) hold a considered belief which that your money is best spent (and the printer does have four cartridges, three above and beyond the one that imarketcity.com supplied) on merchants who demonstrably value such things as goodwill and return business. "Purchase several canon bci-6 series generic inks from them on a Thursday and they arrived Monday. Inks seem to be decent quality with expiration dates. Shipping was $8- not too bad. Confirmation email was sent with tracking #"
"Great customer service, Two girls I spoke to were very kind and patient. One answered my questions patiently and the other took my order. I Definitely recommend this place! "
"Excellent experience. I ordered toner for my Canon ImageClass c2100 on Monday, got e-mail receipt shortly after & received notification of shipping on Tuesday. It arrived Thursday morning.
The shipping e-mail gave a tracking number & said it was shipping UPS ground. It actually shipped FedEx. Other than that, this was a great online buying experience & will definitely order from i-Market again.
Addendum 2/17/08: I did order from them again. They have the best price for my Canon toner & excellent service."

"This makes the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from I-Market, drawn by their exceptionally low price on compatible ink tanks ($15 vs HP's $34). As far as I can see, their cartridges work just as as the official versions, just 60% less expensive.
Check out their other offerings- it's a rather eclectic store with poker chips and chess boards against ink tanks and retractable computer cables (at $2.50 for the cables, I couldn't resist buying 2).
The website isn't the most elegant, but at these prices who cares? Just use your browser's Back button to continue ordering additional items before checking out. They frequently run online coupons for an even bigger savings.
The only downside is for those that like tracking their shipment. Their invoice arrived promptly in my e-mail box, but had no UPS tracking number. The website has a tracking link, but it didn't work with my invoice number. (I didn't try contacting customer service, so I can't judge that.) The package did arrive at the expected time (about 1 week later), so I'm happy with the results."

"Good prices, easy to navigate store, prompt shipping with no delays, and tracking info provided. The remanufactured inkjet cartridges look professionally done, but I haven't used them yet so I can't remark about the printing quality of the cartridges. I would do business with them again."
"Great service. I was hesitant at first to order since they seem small, but they offer INK cartriges for my printer at $7 each (epson C60). I was very pleased with this company and will order my next refill from I-market"
