"Ordered Ink on 11/28/2011, Ink came in but would not indicate level on printer. I called and talked to Jesse and he said that they do not reset the chips of the used cartridge to indicate the level of the ink. I told him I didn't want the ink and he sent me an RMA# (return #). after sending the ink back on 12/6/2011, a few days later I receive an e-mail notifying me my new ink (that I don't want) has been sent. I called Jesse and told him "I said I didn't want the ink", and he sent me another RMA#. On 12/13/2011 I sent the ink back again. Track & confirm shows them receiving it 12/19/2011. I called on 12/23/2011 to see why I haven't received credit on my card, and Jesse told me it will take a couple of days to show my credit on my card. Called back on 12/28/2011 and Jesse said that they credited my card on 12/23/2011. I called my credit card company, they told me there was no credit for that charge, I filed a dispute and my credit card company credited my account. I've got all my documents and they have 45 days to dispute it. What a nightmare, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK"
