Their orders are slow but it\u0027s not kept a secret. <br><br>I got an order confirmation and received my laser pointer in about 2 weeks. Alson October I ordered some stuff for my dad to help him out on halloween expecting it not to make it. It actually came in 3 days before halloween which was a week earlier than I expected. I even threw in 5 dollars for a big bonus mystery item, It was a travel charcoal grille. Everything has come as promised in the condition promised with ZERO issues. I understood the ship time as well as the order processing time prior to buying. They have always been upfront with their affiliates (jamminbutter, 13deals) and when the payment would be charged. They oversold on one of my orders and it was canceled. I was told promptly, apologies were issued and at no point was I charged. They gave me a code for free shipping on my next order for the issue. Fair enough I guess. <br><br>Simply put, if you don\u0027t read before you hit the pay button, it\u0027s your own fault. If you need a newly released item and need it TOMORROW, go pay full retail. When I received them, they were in a plain white box that clearly said \u0022Refurbished\u0022 and \u002290 Day Warranty\u0022.<br><br>Trying to get a response out of these people is like pulling teeth. The only way you can contact them is by creating a \u0022support ticket\u0022. I created such a ticket 10 days ago. It took them 4 days to respond. They said they were sorry and offered to replace the units with \u0022new\u0022 ones. I said no thanks, I would like a full refund. That was 6 days ago and I have yet to get another response from them!<br><br>The units they were selling as \u0022new\u0022 have now been changed to indicate \u0022refurbished\u0022 so they obviously never had \u0022new\u0022 units to begin with.<br><br>They also give \u0022points\u0022 for each purchase, which can supposedly be used to purchase additional items, but they have yet to offer any items that can be purchased with these so-called \u0022points\u0022.<br><br>They have a page that describes the point system. It lists 3 steps; Step 1, buy stuff and earn points. Step 2, save those points until you see something you want. Step 3, trade them in for free stuff or chances to win stuff- you choose! That\u0027s all fine, except for the fact that the shipper (UPS) was just electronically notified and paid for the package today 11\/24\/08 and does not have the package yet. It was a full business week and two weekends and the package isn\u0027t even in the UPS system yet, so it will probably be picked up tomorrow. "This is a great website/store. I received the product I purchased exactly as described. The people at IHTHT even personally called me after I logged a ticket. I dont understand the reviews below saying they never respond, not only did I get an email response, but as mentioned I received a phone call!
Would definitely recommend.
Shipping does take a couple days to be sent out, but that is clearly stated on their website (it says up to 10 business days)"
