posted Apr-10-2006 “Hypersonic does indeed perform a 72-hour burn-in and makes a 128 point inspection before shipping a laptop. Our inspection records indicate that this laptop was in perfect condition when it was shipped out. When this customer called and asked for technical assistance, we immediately e-mailed him a UPS shipping label. We provide free shipping for warranty service both ways. However, this customer did not use proper packaging material, so the laptop arrived damaged. We always advise our customers to use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, a sturdy box and tape. Even though physical damage is not covered under the warrany, Hypersonic repaired the laptop completely at no additional cost to the customer. The repair took a few weeks (as we had advised the customer) since we had our paint facility prepare new panels. When the technicians released the repaired laptop for shipment, it was functioning perfectly. The display was brand new. The second time we authorized a repair on this laptop, we upgraded shipping to overnight at no cost. Our technicians completely resolved the problem this customer was experiencing. We also shipped him a Targus Deluxe Notebook case as a gift. We regret that this customer is continuing to experience difficulties and we look forward to assisting him.

"I had our company's computer buyer purchase a system for me and the experience was smooth as silk. I looked at systems from Alienware, and Falcon Northwest, but Hypersonic had the best prices for what I wanted. Got an awesome P4 system with a gig of 4200 Rimms, 2 SE Western Dig 80 Gig hard drives in a raid 0 config, and 2 NEC LCD 1700v monitors. All I can say is that this system SMOKES!"
