"In September 2011 I contacted Hubcaps.com and requested 4 hubcaps for my 1967 Barracuda. They told me they had them and would send them to the restorer and I gave them my credit card and requested that they take a picture and e-mail it to me. They said Of course. Never sent a picture. Several phone calls and e-mails, they always said "yes", but never followed through. October 5th the hubcaps showed up and were actually nicely restored, BUT were for a Dodge, not a Plymouth. They said no problem they will locate and advise. Weekly phone calls, e-mails. Finally they said they located 2 in Texas. I said get them and work on 2 more. No problem. Never happened. Weekly phone calls, e-mails, nothing. I asked if they wanted the Dodge hubcaps back and they said they would send me a UPS shipping label. Never happened. Weekly phone calls, e-mails. Finally went to credit card company, filed complaint, reversed payment.

3 months later, they send me an e-mail and apologize but want the hubcaps back. (Say they have been trying to contact me with out success) Ha, Ha...!

I just don't know how they stay in business? Communication is a ZERO. Follow through is a ZERO. "

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON HUBCAPS.COM. THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR USED GARBAGE. SPEND A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND GET A HUBCAP THAT IS SURE TO WORK. IF YOU DON'T READ THE FINE PRINT VERY CAREFULLY, YOU WILL RECEIVE GARBAGE. AND, YOU WILL HAVE TRY TO RETURN THEM. THIS SEEMS LIKE A BIG PROBLEM. BOTH THE INTERIORS OF THE HUBCAPS I RECEIVED WERE FILTHY WITH ROAD GRIME. BOTH HAD BROKEN OR BENT INTERIOR FASTENING PARTS THAT MAKE A SOLID INSTALLATION QUESTIONABLE. GO ELSEWHERE - DON'T PLAY "RUSSIAN ROULETTE" WITH THESE DEVIOUS ---------. "

"THESE PEOPLE SUCK...THEY ARE TOTALLY UNREASONABLE. ONE OF MY 4 WHEEL SKINS FOR A 2002 DODGE RAM IS DEFECTIVE...THERE SOLUTION, PAY THEM 20.00 TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE WHEEL SKIN...NOW MIND YOU, I PAID 50.40 FOR A SET OF 4. THIS WORKS OUT TO 12.60 EACH. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HUBCAPSBPLUS.COM EVER AGAIN.

"****STAY AWAY from this company****
Their steering wheel covers are not of the quality they describe, and upon wanting to return for refund they tell you there will be a 30% restocking fee. 30% to put a perfectly good item back on a shelf? Plus you are stuck with paying shipping both ways. Basicall you are out over $20 just to find out the product is not what you thought it was. This is a total rip off.
The reason they charge so much for a refund is obvious. It is the only way they can stop everyone from returning their horrible product.
Hubcaps Plus customer service is a joke as well, they are rude and not helpful at all.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

"Just got off the phone with Chris from hubcaps.com and am totally NOT satisfied. I ordered hubcaps for a Ford Crown Vic as shown on their website. They do not fit with a flange. Nowhere in the site gives a description of the the hubcap with a flange & ring on it. Now he says I ordered wrong! I did not - if they showed that information on the site, I could have ordered right. My gripe is they still want their re-stocking charge and I have to pay for shipping. He says that's policy. If they would work with me I would pay for the replacement & shipping, but not also the re-stocking charge. It's their fault, not mine. I am returning the hubs but would not deal with them again. It's already cost me shipping and re-stocking for their lack of description for the right caps."

"Great, prompt service at an excellent price! I also ordered the 'hubcap tool' which was well worth it! I have already recommended them to others.

"I'm writing a review of HUBCAPS.COM. We ordered our new hub caps from them and are so satisfied with something we ordered on line. They are very in formative about different caps and their price was excellent. We had contacted the Toyota dealer and they wanted $78.00 for one and we got a great price for four with a few dollars more.Plus free shipping. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hub caps.
A very satisfied customer

"This site claims to ship used hubcaps in new condition. The hubcap that they sent was deformed. It looked as if one of the half circles around the outside of the hubcap had a deformed bend back towards the center of the hubcap.

Upon reporting the problem hubcaps.com was not helpful with exchanging the hubcap.

Would not recommend using hubcaps.com. I talked to the dealer and I could have bought a new hubcap from them for $5.00 more."
