reply posted Nov-28-2012 “We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. The confusion with the item is that the plural speakers refers to the fact that there are 2 speakers in the system (in each unit). Only 1 unit was ordered.
It is our policy to price match, however, we cannot price match under 2 circumstances: If the competing website is a clearance site and prices are below cost or if the product is not the same SKU (different source). We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, but we believe this is the best practice of any ecommerce site.”
