"Booked a block of rooms through them for a training seminar I held in Florida. They were quick in getting them booked and also got us a really good rate. All it took was a phone call and they took care of everything. Will use them again. "

"Hotel planner helped my agency book a group of rooms for a convention in Las Vegas. They were simple and less expensive then the others we shopped. They also responded to our questions fast. I would highly recommend for any travel needs."

"I found a great new hotel for my stay-cation in Singer Island FL using hotel planner. I have to check out now unfortunately! The rooms are suites and usually go for $600+ but hotelplanner had it for $175! Amazing. "

"Booked a great stay at the Copthourne Hotel in London for a visit last week. The hotel was lovely and in a great city center location next to Hyde Park. This site made it easy to find the right hotel and checking into the hotel was easy."

"Worst experience ever with discount hotel booking website.

I never saw a total charge until after I committed to the reservation. I never saw that their cancel/change policy imposed a 100% penalty until after I had made the purchase and saw that I had inadvertently booked two nights instead of one. I called within a half hour and spent about 20 minutes or so on hold waiting to talk to someone. When I finally got a live person on the other end they spent most of the call complaining about my cell phone reception and quoting their 100% penalty policy for changes.

After complaining loud enough and often enough I was finally promised that the one night would be refunded as long as the hotel agreed to the change. I was then placed on hold while he called the hotel (the front desk confirmed later that they had called and that the change had been made). He told me that the difference would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. This was on a Tuesday.

Thanksgiving was that Thursday, so we allowed a little extra time and called again Friday. This representative was more accomodating, but I spent a LONG time on hold waiting for him to do "whatever". An initial, "please hold for 2 to 3 minutes while I work on this" became a second "2 to 3 minute hold" which was more like 9 or 10 minutes. Finally this rep came back on the line, apologized for the long hold and told me that my money should be refunded to me within 24 to 48 hours.

I complained that I had already been told the same thing on Tuesday. In the end he assured me that I would receive my money.

It is now the following Wednesday morning (four and a half days later, with two weekend days and two business days between), and no refund. I will be making a third call.

I will NEVER, EVER use hotelplanner.com EVER again. Not even with a promise of four free nights. I do NOT trust this service AT ALL.

"For over a decade I have been placing work crews in hotels all over the country. It would take days for me to call, get rates, do research on the area and hotels. Hotelplanner.com has made this process so much simpler and is the only website I will use for all of my company's needs as well as my own!"

"I used Hotelplanner for a conference in Las Vegas. The planner booked us at Treasure Island right across the street from the Expo convention center so we were able to walk saving us money from taking a cab everyday. The hotel suite was huge and had a great view of the strip. The site was easy to use and customer service was extremely helpful. I would be happy to use Hotelplanner for my future bookings, business or pleasure."

"HotelPlanner has been so helpful with booking hotel reservations for my groups! Their customer service is exceptional and their "lowest price available guarantee" ensures that you will never pay more than the lowest available rate published online by that hotel. Most hotels that extended an offer to me were additionally discounted by up to 20% which was great. Thank you, HotelPlanner, for consistently making my travel plans that much easier!"

"I found the Hotel Planner site to be an wonderful experience. We had our wedding in Daytona at the Holiday Inn Resort which was a very nice hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the service was excellent. Not a single complaint from anyone. My assigned agent with Hotel Planner did a great job in helping me book our group and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad that I found Hotel Planner and I will make sure to mention it to anyone that needs group accommodations! I have already told many people about this site and love it! "

"So we went to Vegas and Senor Frogs - Can you say Amazing - Huge Props to Hotel Planner for getting us an amazing rate at TI - They upgraded us to a strip view suite with his and her bathrooms. This service is amazing, I made the request and my planner did everything and even called to make sure I had a great time. We were able to hit some great local spots after our planner told us her was from Vegas. Senor Frogs was a blast. See you soon HotelPlanner."

"This website is so convenient and easy to use. They guarantee the lowest group rates. It is a FREE service! I used this site for my company's meeting. I was able to secure the hotel rooms and meeting space all at one time. Once I chose my hotel, they contacted me directly. This saved me so much time. I will definitely use Hotel Planner again."

"HotelPlanners website was fast, easy and provided great rates for my last trip. I loved the fast way available rooms show very quickly after you enter the search. Saved money on the regular rate seeing we had a few families and lots of rooms, they have the best "group rates"."

"Greatest site ever!! I needed to stay 4 nights in Witchita Kansas and was on a very tight bugdet. I was able to book all 4 nights at Qulaity Inn for $249. It was so easy and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I will definately go through hotel planner whenever I travel:)"
