Second, you\u0027ll find a much bigger variety of products online in style, size, and clearance items. ![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"Placed an order for 4 t-shirts during their 75 percent off clearance that ran through 1-3-10. <br><br>Never got my order and since I was away from the computer for several days, found that even though I got an \u0022order received\u0022 notice as well as a notice from paypal stating that this transaction went through, I still got nothing. <br><br>2 days later, hot topic sent me an email stating that order never went through, to please try again (Since I was away from my computer, I didn\u0027t find out until today 1-14-10). <br><br>After waiting on their customer service line for 15 minutes or so, I finally spoke to someone that told me that all of this happened because of paypal, not because of their site. They did offer to do the order over again (without paypal), but at this point I was frustrated and simply just told them to remove any attempted charges (listed as pending on my Paypal), because I just didn\u0027t want to deal with them any longer. Too much red tape, for 4 shirts. <br><br>Not recommended, unless they one day get their transaction processing in order. "My daughter and I visited the Hot Topic store in Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg Illinois. We were Helped by most of the team working on 3/23/13. Mainly Mark, Kayla and the Store Mgr (Christy?) They were more than helpful! After a quick text from my son with a list of bands he likes, they set to work to not only find the perfect matches for my daughter but also the picks my son sent to me. They smiled and patiently pulled from their piles of t-shirts and such to help me find just what we needed. Thank you for the tremendous customer service offered at this store. This was my third visit into this store and the level of customer service being given from the young group of people working there is not to be found anywhere else. The management is obviously training these kids well!!! Very refreshing to find this in a retail store these days! Thank you Hot Topic!"
