"Items on order have still not been received (ordered 28thMay) and shipping costs were exhorbitant. Research into current postal rates and charges for the equivalent items proved that HotRef's shipping agents have charged me twice the usual U.S. Postage rate. Clearly I have been overcharged and ripped off."
