To those who complain about faulty items- it is not the sellers responsibility to fix a manufacturers fault. That is what the warranty is for. Contact the manufacturer directly. They even have a section on their site with the manufacturer information to resolve such issues. Hookedontronics is paypal verified, and Alpine authorized.
