When I emailed to question about it all I got was automated emails to read the FAQs which had nothing to do with my questions. This product was advertised with GPS \/ RCA in\/outputs etc.. but the RCA harness, nor GPS receiver, nor power harness or ANYTHING was shipped with it. "I order and received an Alpine overhead DVD player for my car. Everything was great until it needed service 1 month later and I found out the hard way that Alpine will NOT autorize any repairs from this company since they aren't an authorized Alpine dealer. I also tried contacting Hookontronics several times over the phone and email and NEVER got a reply. Beware because you get a good price but if any happens your on your own. The money I saved went right out the door with the repair."
