"DO NOT USE!!!! Twice they have ruined my orders. Not only have they sent me OVERLY EXPIRED SHISHA (by nearly 2 years), they have also held my orders for nearly a week only to tell me last minute that I'd have to contact my credit card company to request the exact amount of the purchase to relay it back to them as a safety precaution... and the customer service is a scoff at you telling you to either cancel or do what they want, then if you cancel they need to go through a whole refunding process which could take up to 30 days during which you're out of both your order and money a week after ordering from them!!!!"

"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I bought a $125 hookah. The base was a red paint over a clear glass. I found out shortly after using the hookah the coloring would start to come off as soon as the base touched water. I called the company and they said issuing a new base was not a possibility. I settled for $25 in credit to the store.

I went online to use the credit and found out I would have $15 in shipping. The company has refused to reimburse me for the shipping costs even though the whole issues occurred because of their fault. I would suggest using another vendor for your purchase as the company never put a disclaimer about how the paint comes off of the base and then refused to reimburse me fully."

"I have been buying from HS for a couple years now. They are the only place I shop for all my hookahs, shisha, and accessories.
While I do agree, their prices could be lower, they have outstanding customer service. You'll rarely, if ever, have any problems with them too.

"I have ordered many times from Hookah-Shisha.com. They're not perfect, but their customer service is excellent and extremely friendly, which really makes up for it.

Their prices and selection are great. The shipping is pretty fast too.

The only problem I've had is with order accuracy. On more than one occasion the order has been fouled up in some minor way. They've never required me to pay out of pocket for their mistakes, and most of the time don't even ask you to return products they send you on accident. So, while it's inconvenient if they mess up something in the order, they deal with it quickly and without any cost to you.

In my book, that makes for a very minor issue."

"Great selection of products! They have great customer service! They responded to my emails within a day. Recently I went through a RMA, no problems there at all. Shipping is good, takes about a week after the order is processed. This is just my opinion but...the packaging is a bit overkill... but that's better than bad packaging."
