As a result demand is outweighing supply this season. The charge on your credit card is because the item is due to arrive at our warehouse in just a few days and we are prioritizing you for first shipment of any product allocation we receive. If at any time you wish us to remove you from the backorder cue, please let us know and we would be happy to do so. Again, we are very sorry for the wait on this item.”
