We see that the replacement has been shipped out for quite some time now and there was indeed a miscommunication between the warehouse and the shipping company which attributes to the delay. That's completely our fault and we are sorry for that. Based on the note on your order, it seems that we have been communicating back and forth with you about this, upgrading the delivery to white glove silver, and also double the amount of your discount. We did check again this morning and based on the shipping company manifest, they have contacted you to schedule the delivery. As we mentioned on our emails, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further concern.”

We checked the note in your order and it seems that our claim department has been communicating back and forth with you regarding this. Based on the note, the side rails has been ordered so that you can complete assembling the bed and they are currently trying to locate some parts to address the other issue. "We recently purchased a coffee and end table set from Homelement.
It arrived in good condition; however, after several days the glass top for the coffee table cracked. We informed Homelement of the problem and they contacted us in less than 24 hours.
They contacted the manufacturer and we were shipped a new glass top ASAP, free of charge.
Kudos to the customer service department at Homelement and the manufacturer. We are VERY pleased with the outcome, love the tables, and will definitely use Homelement again for future purchases."
