"Ordered believing the product was in stock, but about a week after, received a notice that the product was on a 3-4 week back order and I would get an update in 48 hours. I tried to look my order up with the confirmation # provided in an e-mail from Home Perfect but received a message saying there was no such order. After 4 days, I had not yet heard from them so called. I was told there is a record of my order and the manufacturer reported the product would be shipped in 2 weeks. If that happens it will be later than I originally expected but earlier than the predicted back order. I hope it arrives soon!"
“Thank you for posting. We were waiting for a late shipment of your item and it shows to have arrived today at the warehouse. It takes them 24 to 48 hours to ship out once things come in. I will keep an eye on your order and update you with tracking the minute I see it this week. Your order should ship no later than Friday. Sorry for the confusion. If a shipment coming to us is late it can be confusing to find where it is and we try to give the longest possible wait time initially.”

"I ordered the light fixture on December 1st, called them on December 6th with concern that the item had not been shipped and was told there was a pricing issue with the manufacturer. The customer service rep told me that it had been solved and the product was going to be shipped today, nine days after order but I have not heard of any shipping details yet. Very disappointed!!!"

“We most certainly put our customers first. You're the reason we are here. Unfortunately, with your order, we were not able to lower your restocking fees. The manufacturer directly shipped your order and the photo and description we have on our site came directly from them (They informed us the description and photo are correct). In order to return your merchandise to them we will be charged shipping and a 25% restocking fee. We simply cannot cover those fees unless a return is due to our error, damage, or defect. If ever you need more information before placing an order please call our sales line and they will be happy to find everything you need before ordering.”
