Came through in the end!

" With the New Year's holiday, they were going to delay shipment by 4 to 5 days. However, after a call to customer service they got my product out next day."

Still waiting

"My Oder was placed 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it! I have called twice and each time they say "it's in stock and will ship in the next 2 days". I will never order from them again"

Further backorder

"They had the best price on a toilet, so I figured it was worth waiting the 2-3 weeks it said it would take to ship. After ordering, was informed it's 3-4 weeks backordered...even though the website still says 2-3 weeks! Just hope it arrives in good condition, and there are no further delays. Not sure it was worth the savings for this."

Terrible return policy

"This place might have nice merchandise, but make sure it is exactly what you want re: size, color, scale, quality etc. because if you return it they keep 20% of the price! Who does that with home decor items? And yes, the return policy is on the website buried. I won't be shopping here anymore. Very sketchy company and policy."

damaged product terrible service

"more than a week to get any type of resolution. when i call i'm transferred to multiple people and nothing gets resolved. I'm waiting 3 more days before contacting the payment provider fo rrefund"

Horrible return/exchange policy!

"Even if an item is completely unopened/unused and still for sale at the original price, you only have 30 days to return and they will charge you 20% in restocking fees! I can't believe that - it's unheard of in online sales. DON'T buy here - you will regret it if you change your mind about anything you bought."

Still waiting.......

"Our credit card was charged for our items ordered, but we received an email saying our items were back ordered for four weeks. I understand the back order....nothing can be done about that, but to charge our credit card when our order hasn't been filled yet? With that said - not sure if I'll be satisfied yet.
As far as the gentleman that helped us with our order - he was very accommodating.
