It appears we had to make multiple requests for a return approval from the vendor. This is an issue we are addressing with our vendors to improve the return experience in the future. We would love another chance to help you find great deals in the future and will work hard to provide our customers excellent service.”

There are times our requests for consolidated packing are not followed especially when dealing with a direct ship that we do not package ourselves. I do apologize for not being able to deliver in a more convenient way for you and I will follow up with our sales team about addressing such issues with customers.”

reply posted Jun-07-2013 “When you placed your order online you agreed to the return policy before you completed your order with Homeperfect. We did not charge you the full restocking fee anyway and responded to all requests in a timely fashion.”

I've refunded your account for the freight costs and will speak to the service rep when he returns on how to better service our customers. I will also ask my merchandising team to update our site with some more details for the item you placed your order for.”

reply posted Jun-05-2013 “The freight charge added to your purchase was a huge mistake on our part and we apologize deeply for any inconvenience caused by this. I see your replacement sink was issued the day you called us to report the defective sink you received. We do appreciate your cooperation in sending the pictures to us and holding on to the defective model while we do our best in contacting the manufacture for the return information, but they are not replying. We will be issuing a return label to you so the defective sink can be removed from your residence.”

We issued return labels to have the items shipped back at no further cost to you and fully refunded your account for the items returned to us per the RGA information sent to you.”
"Nico went well above the call of duty to help find a pair of bedside sconces for me. I actually sent him a picture of another fixture I liked and he took the time to sort through the designs offered by HomePerfect and sent me at least a dozen choices. Unfortunately my girlfreind didn't find find any of his initial suggestions approriate for her bedside. Undaunted Nico sent another batch of suggestions of which we found one which was perfect. It was shipped quickly (I think it arrived in 5/7 days). They were easy to install and were exactly as they were described on the website. "
