"Nico went well above the call of duty to help find a pair of bedside sconces for me. I actually sent him a picture of another fixture I liked and he took the time to sort through the designs offered by HomePerfect and sent me at least a dozen choices. Unfortunately my girlfreind didn't find find any of his initial suggestions approriate for her bedside. Undaunted Nico sent another batch of suggestions of which we found one which was perfect. It was shipped quickly (I think it arrived in 5/7 days). They were easy to install and were exactly as they were described on the website. "

"I called on a Friday early afternoon to order a needed part. I asked Nico if he could make sure that it shipped that day as I needed the part as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised to have a FedEx delivery at my home on Saturday - the very next day! Shipped as ordered and installed promptly. I would be pleased to use them again!"

"First one of the item showed in-stock but when the email came one item showed a back order. I then asked Home Perfect to cancel the back order item. AFTER 21 DAYS I SENT AN EMAIL TO HOMEPERFECT ASKING IF THE OTHER ITEM HAD SHIPPED AND IF NOT THEY SHOULD CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY. They said nothing to my email except the ones that get generated automatically. When the item arrived a month late, it was the wrong item. I finally had to call, wait for nearly 40 mins before they figured out their mistake"

"I would NEVER purchase another item from Home Perfect!
They are NOT perfect in any way!

Their shipper (three morons and a truck) LOST HALF my order! Home Perfect(ADAM) expects me to pay the shipping for the return of the remaining half!!

"It was very important for my large order that the manufacturer drop-ships the items consolidated in as few boxes as possible. The sales associate at Homeperfect made it sound like he will let the manufacturer know to consolidate the shipment and it would be no problem. It turned out he said that just to close the sale. After the order was placed, it arrived in more than 10 separate boxes resulting in extra expenses for me from freight forwarder to locate and repackage all items. Called Homeperfect Manager Adam Riccio, who (as the money was already paid to them) got on the defensive, did not take any ownership of the fact that I was misled in my expectations, did not offer any adjustment on their charges because of the extra expenses I faced because of their misleading info, or even any apologies. His whole attitude was dead wrong for a sales manager as he said nothing was promised to me in respect to order consolidation (while the sales rep made it sound like ok, no big deal) and instead of even thinking of the ways to make me feel beter, lectured me on how great they are instead. He may have saved his company a small concession to make a customer happy, but earned a boatload of ill will. They may offer attractive prices, but if you want any support if anything goes wrong after you pay, then look elsewhere!"

“I see your order was a direct ship rather than from our warehouse. There are times our requests for consolidated packing are not followed especially when dealing with a direct ship that we do not package ourselves. I do apologize for not being able to deliver in a more convenient way for you and I will follow up with our sales team about addressing such issues with customers.”

"Best price on shower faucets! Fast shipping, and when an item was out of stock they direct shipped it from the manufacturer at no cost! It was just perfect!"

"I had to return the item and due to the return policy, it actually cost me money to return.

The method of mailing the item back that you demand cost more than the item I returned. So between the cost of shipping and the restocking fee cost more than the item returned.

Will never order from you again."

"Three cheers to HomePerfect and to Dick Bond, HomePerfect's outstanding service/returns agent. I purchased a Toto toilet from Home Perfect. When it arrived, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and color. I created a customer service ticket and very shortly, Dick Bond was there to help. He made the return of the toilet fast, fair, and easy. His service has made me a Home Perfect customer for life. Chris Chilton"

"I had a bad experience in shopping with homeperfect.. There customer support and return policy is not defined properly and it costed so much time and waste of money. there product description are vague and it doesnt match teh actual product shipped. i will never shop with home perfect again"

"Sorry, I was not impressed with Home Perfect. First, my purchase qualified for free shipping...according to their website and the rep who took my order over the phone. I was later contacted by the same rep and told that my sink was too large....over the maximum size and weight for both FedEx and UPS....and had to be sent via a freight company. Home Perfect offered to absorb some of the freight charge and charged me a mere $130. But when the sink arrived, it had a FedEx ground label on it. I called FedEx and asked how much it cost Home Perfect to ship it to me. It was under $35.00. I was not amused, and had to throw a fit to get a refund. This item still boasts "free shipping" on this item. I wonder how many customers have been scammed by this company.

After we handled the shipping/freight scam, we discovered that the sink had a very noticable flaw. It appeared to be a manufacturing flaw, not damage, but it should have been caught by Home Perfect. They obviously don't check products before they ship them.

At this point, my contractors were here from out of town to do my kitchen renovation and it was critical that the new sink be shipped ASAP. Home Perfect didn't see it that way. They were very difficult and took their sweet time shipping the replacement.

Supposedly, Home Perfect was going to get a return shipping label from the manufacturer since it was a manufacturing flaw, not damage. This label was promised during the first week of April. It is now May 26, and the defective triple sink in it's huge box is still sitting in my newly removated home. I have informed customer service that I am very close to donating the sink to charity, as I am very tired of looking at it in my house.

Heads up....when you call to place an order with Home Perfect, you will speak to a pleasant young lady in the US. If you have problems with that order, you will be insanely frustrated with the accents of the customer service reps in India. And I am not generally opposed to Indian call centers, this particular call center employs reps that are very difficult to understand. You just about have to ask for a supervisor to get help.

All in all, Home Perfect is not so perfect.

Update: In response to my review, Home Perfect claims that my replacement was "issued" the day that I called.....this doesn't mean shipped. And they refused to ship using an expedited method even though my re-model was delayed due to their defective product.

And I have submitted TEN more requests for a return shipping label......no response at all!"

I see your replacement sink was issued the day you called us to report the defective sink you received. We do appreciate your cooperation in sending the pictures to us and holding on to the defective model while we do our best in contacting the manufacture for the return information, but they are not replying. We will be issuing a return label to you so the defective sink can be removed from your residence.”

"I ordered 2 Duravit 0067310000 D-Code Elongated Toilet seat and cover in White Finish. Unfortunately, Duravit 0067310000, although described on the Home Perfect website as "Elongated", is just a normal, non-elongated toilet seat, so they did not fit my Duravit D-code elongated toilets. So then I had to go through the return process which involves taking photos of their mistake so they can give me authorization to return the wrongly described item. Then wait for 3+ weeks for them to credit my payment. This is the second time I have had this experience with Home Perfect this year. I'm not sure what the problem is because in the past they have been fine, but both orders went awry because the website incorrectly described the items. I think I will not take a chance with them again in spite of the low prices. It doesn't seem worth the time."
