I am very impress with one particular person in customer service name Sam Roger. He has been amazing and dependable with my order, and have provided excellent service. An example Sam did which I was impress where he merged my order, so I didnt have a pay additional shipping fee. He say he would refunded and sure enough an confirmation email was send to me the very next day. That what I call dependable and awesome service. Thank very much for your service. "I had a long saga that came to a relatively happy end. Ordered a Robern medicine cabinet. After a couple of month noticeda chip on the mirror surface. Called Robern and they very quickly shipped a replacement door to me. The door did not fit. After some investigation, it turned out the homeperfect made a mistake and sent me a cheap knockoff rather than a Robern. They admitted their mistake and immediately refunded the price difference. They also worked with the manufacturer to send me a replacement door. After that failed (it's a cheap knockoff after all) homeperfect sent me a Robern free of charge. Bottom line, they certainly screwed up in the beginning but made things right in the end. "
"Atrocious! By all means, stay away from HomePerfect. Pay a little more elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation if there ever is a problem or you may want to return an item. They'll string you along until the cows come home. I spent probably a total of 3-4 hours on the phone, on hold, talking to people who couldn't help, but transferred me to someone who may, only to be on hold for another 20 minutes.Shoddy operation."
"I had a horrible experience with this company's customer service.I cancelled my order after they told me about a delay in shipment and I was charged 10% cancellation fee.I even told them that I will pick it up from their warehouse.I guess they make money mostly with cancellation fee and restocking fee.Don't fall for the low prices.Nooo...We were told that pickup from the warehouse location is not allowed.You can verify by talking to your sales person."
“Hello Srilatha, The shipping time was quoted as 3-5 business days after the order's packaging was completed. We would have definitely allowed you to come pick up from the warehouse, but you did not accept that offer. We advised that since our warehouse had already packaged and prepared the items for shipment and we would have to now break down the pallet to restock the merchandise, the 10% cancellation fee would apply.”
"I ordered 15+ Hansgrohe faucet, shower system, tower bar....etc from homeperfect.com due to their good price.By the time I order, I have some concerns with their customer service - usually if the price is good, customer service lags.It turned out it is not the case for home perfect.Those Faucets...etc arrived on time with no any delays.When I was about to do the installation, First I found out that Trim Pressure Balance With Diverter missed one screw, then later on tower bar and paper holder missing 2 separate screws too.So I need 3 different set of screws. The contractor can't continue and finish the work without those as they are special made. I contacted home perfect customer service (Dick Bond in this case), he was very nice on other end, patiently listening through my issues and quickly follow each cases one by one with manufacturer and provide timely update to me so I can plan the work on my side.Those missing screws came one after that in 3 different packages, they are exactly the one which I needed.From my experience, Home perfect not only has competitive prices, it has great customer services too! I will definitely recommend home perfect to my friends and colleaguesA happy customer."

"I was lead to believe I needed the Moen S1300 for any body spray installation. This is not the case with the Moen A501 series spray heads. This is more due to lack of information by Moen more than anybody else. I submitted a ticket via the RMA page and they want to hit me up for a 25% restocking charge plus a chargeback for the "free" shipping. HomePerfect phoned me today and waived the restocking fee. They were very nice and will improve their website to indicate what is and what is not required to go with certain items. I agreed to revise my review to include the resolution to this issue."
"I purchased a Takagi Tankless Water Heater. Home Perfect had by far the best price anywhere. The shipping was prompt, and the item was packed to insure no unexpected damage would occur. It's installed and working beautifully!"
"Thank you for the wonderful service we received from your company and a Sales Advisor named Elizabeth (ext 114). First of all I dread ordering on the phone because I'm hard of hearing and most sales people talk a mile-a-minute and I have to keep asking them to repeat themselves, etc. But Elizabeth was different; she spoke clearly and distinctly and I only asked her to repeat something once - thought I heard her say 'Q' instead of '2'. So I was grateful for her patience and clarity in speaking to me.The call was Wednesday at 8AM CST. We had our basement flooded a few days before. So we had no hot water nor heat. I asked Elizabeth if the Takagi TK4 water heater would be delivered on Friday so we could install it on the weekend. She doubted that it would arrive that early, BUT IT DID arrive 8:30 AM Friday! "I ordered a fan switch on 2/12/2013 and was quickly informed that it was out of stock and would have to ship from the manufacturer, which was perfectly acceptable. On 3/15/2013 I received notice of shipment and the item arrived a few days later. Unfortunately the item I received did not match the item pictured on the Home Perfect website and thus will not work for my installation. On 3/19/2013 I requested a return authorization and received an email back that it would be 48-72 hours before I would receive a response, again perfectly acceptable. As of today 4/24/2013, no response has been received, which is not acceptable."

"Unfortunately after ordering my Blanco 440184 sink, I had my carpenter come in to look at the project and he told me that I would not be able to put that sink in without a lot of damage to my exsisting wall. I called HomePerfect and they were extremely helpful and understanding of my predicament..so when the FedEx delivery arrived at my home today, I refused the sink before placing my call to HomePerfect...I feel that the customer service was very helpful for me...."

"I ordered a Houzer Granite sink on 3-26-13. Home Perfect had the lowest price by far. The sink arrived in two days, but it was broken. I opened a ticket for a return and replacement. The defective sink was picked up on 4-5-13. But a replacement was never sent. They closed the ticket without sending a replacement. I opened another ticket. Home Perfect never responded. After 3 weeks I called to find out what was going on. They aked if I wanted a replacement. I said "of course" and I have been trying to get one for 3 weeks. They said the sink was now on back order for at least another 3 weeks. I requested that they cancel the order and issue me a credit. The credit was promptly issued. Pros: Great price; Fast shipping, if in stock Cons: Terrible customer service.Update 5-6-13: A Home Perfect representative called to apologize and asked if I would change my rating. I said I would if they made up the extra $80 I had to spend with Amazon to get the sink. The rep politely declined."
