The website was easy to use and very informative. After ordering the item, a customer serive representative called to confirm and to offer an opportunity to get an extended warranty on the product. I was able to track my order's progress from start to finish. I found the product to be everything as advertised. The CSR was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend giving Home Goodz an opportunity to impress you!! "

"I purchases a Sony Cyber-shot DCS-T90 which was my first (technically 2nd order...it just shipped first) complete purchase from Homegoodz.com The camera is brand new, as described, perfect. It shipped quickly and Jim Santini is the man! deal with him on your next purchases... I also have on order a Canon 7D which is on back order because its new new new....so Im not expecting it right away..the Prices are good, but what makes them stand out from competition is their customer service. Jim was a pleasure to work with, as I KEPT HIM on the phone for the better part of 45 minutes while he answered all of my questions and concerned... I am the type of person, that if I have this venue to let people know what kind of service to expect, I will do it...because for example Sears parts direct SUCKS!!! it took them 3 attempts at getting the right part for my air compressor and the sale staff is USELESS...enough on that...sorry, I will use homegoodz as my first place to look for online shopping!"

"I ordered from them because they offered the lowest price of Weber S-320 BBQ I could find. I spoke with Adam (extension 2032) and he was very friendly. He addressed the concerns I had (not being able to verify the shipping box immediately upon arrival). I had to talk using VOIP (through the computer) as their toll-free number does not work from Canada. The cover was shipped earlier, and the BBQ a few weeks later. I was concerned, but at the end it was unjustified. Every nut and bolt was inside the box, and nothing arrived damaged. My dealings with them gave me the impression that I was dealing with a very professional company with staff that knew what they are doing. Adam was easy to deal with, and he gave me a good feel dealing with Homegoodz. I will definitely order from them again."
"First off I was VERY hesitant to buy from this company after I read all the reviews at various sites. I even called up and spoke to Dan to express my uneasiness. He promised I would love my Samsung 50 inch plasma TV. I also promised him if TV arrived in perfect condition and with USA warranties that I would write a review. So here it is Dan. Great TV, perfect condition and arrived in very reasonable time frame. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a great deal on electronics. Hopefully this will make anyone else interested in buying from them a little less paranoid than I was. Great job"
