Ordered CANON SX200IS Gave credit card info for payment.Order#594897 They tried to sell me accessories that I did not want . Now they wanted a fax with credit card info again. I dont have a fax machine. This and other Bull on the phone amounted to not selling for advertized price because I did not also order accessories.Very Shoddy Business practice.1stop camera is the same outfit. Beware of any company the does business with many titles. there is a reason!!!
I ordered a Pentax Optio E80 digital camera, two SD cards, one 3 year Extended Warranty, one Memory card reader and eight AA batteries. Andy, the sales representative, was very polite, friendly, patient and professional. I chose the free shipping option which had a transit time of 7 to 10 business days. All my items arrived in three days by ground service. I was especially pleased by this outstanding service. The memory card reader and batteries that were sent to me were not the ones that I thought I had ordered, and I did go over my order with Andy, but I am still very satisfied with what I received in their place. Not sure what happened but I'm still happy none-the-less. All of these items were an anniversary gift for my son and his wife. They have two small boys and I wanted them to have the ability to shoot HD video of the kids. That's one main reason why I chose the camera that I did. Also, the camera runs on AA batteries and you can buy them anywhere and not worry about a place to recharge if needed. I had ordered Energizer Lithium batteries but was sent a 2 hour rapid charger with four 2700 ni-mh batteries. These should work very well around the home and if the kids do any traveling then they can use the store bought lithiums. I've used them in 2 sonys and one panasonic and operational lifetime is just outstanding. So, I will shop at HomeGoodz again in the future. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and the service I received from HomeGoodz, despite the minor order glitch. It was not anything that we could not work or live with. In fact I wonder if Andy didn't know better than me in the card reader and battery cases. Doesn't matter Andy, we are fine with the entire transaction and if I had not been then I do have confidence that you and HomeGoodz would have done what was necessary to correct the issue and make it all right. I also have on order a Canon 7D which is on back order because its new new new....so Im not expecting it right away..the Prices are good, but what makes them stand out from competition is their customer service. Jim was a pleasure to work with, as I KEPT HIM on the phone for the better part of 45 minutes while he answered all of my questions and concerned...
I am the type of person, that if I have this venue to let people know what kind of service to expect, I will do it...because for example Sears parts direct SUCKS!!! it took them 3 attempts at getting the right part for my air compressor and the sale staff is USELESS...enough on that...sorry, I will use homegoodz as my first place to look for online shopping!

The customer service rep (Danny) and his manager Ryan were extremely helpful and reassuring througout the purchase process. They were able to answer all of my questions and made the purchase process very easy. This being the first item that I have purchased from HomeGoodz, I can only hope that the delivery experience is just as good. UPDATE: I have now received my Weber grill, and can say that the entire experience (shopping, ordering, customer service, delivery) was excellent. I will definitely order from HomeGoodz again and recommend to friends.

I received my order in 3 days and it was exactly what I ordered. HomeGoodz called the day I ordered the TV and again the day I received it. So far the store is great. I would highly recommend this store to my friends.
