"They took my money for 3 months and never shipped the product. I called numerous times. They lied to me numerous times. Customer service is horrible. Do not let them have your money until you get your product. That's how they make money and sell it cheaper. After 3 months of calling they finally decided to refund me and that took 3 weeks."

"As of today January 13, 2012 I have been debited twice and credited once for an order that was not fulfilled.
September 22, 2011 order placed and confirmed, promise to send LG refrigerator within 3 weeks.
October 18, 2011 credit card debited, shipment scheduled.
November 12, 2011 after attempts to track order - letter from Home Everything saying that order could not be fulfilled.
November 12 refund and same day DEBITED again.
I have been trying for 3 month to have this dispute resolved, with Home Everything saying that they cannot do anything.
Will never again use this merchant

"I ordered and paid for an Air Conditioner on August 2, 2011. My account was charged on August 2, but my air conditioner was not shipped from the facility until August 15. I did not received my air conditioner until August 30. Alledgedly there was at least one delivery attempt before I called the delivery company, but I was home all day every day and don't know how I could have missed a knock on my front door. The heat was was over by the time the air conditioner reached my home, and in fact is still in the box, uninstalled in my house. I hope it works when I put it in the window next summer."

"Homeeverything.com phone has been disconnected, the fax # rings, but no one answers. I returned a cooktop, which was the incorrect item ordered. After months of delays, the phone is dead as of the first of the year. They told me on several occasions that a refund was on CC or in the mail. So they have my cooktop and my money. And BUYER BEWARE!! the Homeeverything.com website is still operational!!"

"I ordered 4 pieces of appliances. They promised to delivery in three weeks. However, it never came. I had to call them many times. Finally, they said they could not fulfill the order, and they could not credit. So I had to dispute the charges. It has been months, but I still could not get my money back. My credit card company said there are many disputes for this company. So beware and stay away.

"I agree with the other reviews of this company. I ordered a refrigerator from them on Oct 31. On Dec 12 it had still not arrived and I had received no communication from them, other than my initial confirmation of my order. I called customer service. They told me my order could not be filled until May, and that they had sent me an email notifying me of this on Nov. 12. I never received the email because they had the spelling wrong (funny, because they had my correct email on the original purchase confirmation). The agent was not especially apologetic for the inconvenience, although fortunately they had already refunded the money to my credit card. So all in all not a nightmare but certainly a waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from them."

"Wow same story as everyone else no product credit then re-charge the card the same day. Dispute the charges with your credit card company.... What a scam this will eventually catch up with them. It is fraud."

"do not trust their promise to deliver your order some time in the future. They will make all kind of excuses for delayed delivery. When you try to cancel the order, you will have to wait long time over the phone. Even if you succeed in cancelling the order, you will get refund 2 weeks later, then they will recharge you same amount on next day. For getting the refund for this recharge, you have to file dispute on your credit card company. It would be another stress to get refunded. I have had too much stress from them... still on the process of dispute.
I should have read many reviews about this company.
Now, I will check reviews from this site before using online shopping.

"Absolute SCAM!
I ordered an AC unit in August and they were backordered and I cancelled the order. A month later when shipped it to me anyway and are refusing to take it back. I have filed a complaint with BBB (BBB shows 400 plus unresolved complaints) and also the attorney general of NY. I was also forced to close my credit card account as they charged it illegally. When I called their office same person answered under different names pretending to transfer me around and finally hung up on me.

"This is another online scam business. I ordered a Fisher-Paykel dish drawer washer and when it arrived it was damaged. I called to have it returned and they sent Fed-Ex out to pick it up with no notification. I was informed by email that the item was on back order for many months and that I should receive my refund in 72 hrs. After that time passed and I still had no refund, they said to open a dispute with my CC company. Now I see all of these other poor reviews and wish I had seen them before I ordered!"

"This company's practices are incredibly, astonishingly bad. The saga that unfolded after I ordered a Bosch washer and dryer spanned months and would take pages to relate in detail. The last customer rep I spoke with spouted obscenities, the goods I ordered never came, and the company didn't refund money paid until I disputed the charge with the credit card issuer. Don't be suckered by the low prices they advertise. Steer clear! "

"I am accustomed to purchasing large numbers of appliances to furnish properties I build. I typically buy from Lowes or a local Austin, TX appliance store. However, I made a HUGE mistake and decided to try HomeEverything.com to save a little money. It turned out to cost me WAY more money, time and frustration than any local appliance store. HomeEverything.com is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. They answer the phones to make sales, but if you have a question about your order they're far from helpful. I waited over 4 months for appliances that were supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. To top it all off, they sent me the wrong stuff. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME EVERYTHING."

"These are crooks - stay away . . Home Everything took my order for thousands of dollars and charged my credit card at order. After not delivering, they said they had to cancel the order because they could not get the items. They issued a credit but also re-charged my credit a second time. They lied about there being a bank/merchant processor issue that caused the duplicate charge. They said they could not refund my money and that I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. The credit card company said there was no bank or merchant processor issue - the store simply processed two charges. "

"After reading all of the reviews I think that we should file a lawsuit against this company. I have had the exact same experience as most of you. My order was cancelled after months of dishonesty. When they did refund me they immediately charged my account again. The second time they refunded me I quickly withdrew the money from that account and shut the account down. Another mistake I made(besides ordering from them in the first place) was to split my order between two debit cards, one of which is a prepaid card. I have been unable to get them to refund that part of the transaction and am continuing to fight it. These people are thieves and need to be stopped. "
