"I placed the order on 4/28/13 and was told that the estimated delivery date was 5/10/2013. The item got actually delivered on 5/31/13 (33 days). The item was supposed to be delivered before Mothers day which was 5/12/13.

Product is great though."

"I originally had a problem with an order I placed, but after sending an email, they handled my problem with absolute grace. They've got lots of great products, and prices that are the most reasonable around. I'm currently remodeling my house, and look forward to placing my next order.."

"I originally was quite upset with homeclick's customer service because an order i made turned out to be on back order and when i called to ask for the status, the lady i talked to was having a bad day i guess, she wasn't being helpful and didn't contact me afterwards for an update as she promised. So i wrote a letter to their customer service complaining about the bad experience i had. Much to my surprised, they saw my letter and addressed the issue right away with so much professionalism. They explained that they weren't able to contact me that day as they promised because of a blackout they had at the office. All in all i was happy at the end with their service and would definitely consider doing business with them again in the future."

"I live nearly 2,000 miles from Homeclick and yet all of my ordered Kohler products (toilets and sinks and now I am considering ordering a tub) arrived on time. When a Kohler packaged product arrived broken Homeclick immediately took steps to send me a replacement. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and went out of their way to satisfy my needs and answer my seemingly endless series of questions. The Homeclick prices speak for themselves. The good service, the "no attitude" customer service; the prompt shipping and attentive availability sold me on Homeclick. I will use Homeclick in the future. "

"HomeClick is a wonderful place to buy furniture. The prices are very, very competitive, and best of all, the customer service people really do care about making the customer happy. I had a problem with my shipment (item found broken upon opening), but the customer service representative sent a replacement item right away, and the replacement arrived in perfect condition, hassle-free. I would definetely recommend. Thanks again for a great buying experience."

"I ordered from HomeClick.com because no other stores had the item I needed. The product I ordered was shipped from Europe, which explains slower than usual delivery speed. The product was damaged during delivery, but HomeClick.com resolved the situation, so all in all I'm a satisfied customer and would do business with them again."

"I was looking for a comforter which had been sold out at costco, and google shopping showed that HomeClick had the best price. I ordered it, and the product arrived and has been great.

There was a problem with them sending an extra comforter on accident, but Spencer from HomeClick's Customer Service was great about clearing things up. He contacted me personally and fixed the situation very quickly. Much appreciated, and I'd definitely purchase from them again."

"I received the 2 end tables and coffee table manufactured by Coaster and I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product (solid wood). They were delivered quickly. Much thought went into the packaging and as each box was opened the pieces were in the carton ready to assemble from top down. It took only a few minutes for each item to be assembled. I had some questions prior to ordering and when I got my questions answered the Customer Service man took the order for me. I got a quality piece of furniture of great value for a price that could not be matched anywhere else. I have put the Homeclick shortcut on my desktop as I plan to buy from them often."

"When another company couldn't get the item I wanted, HomeClick had it for a similarly low price (it was much more expensive elsewhere). The mobile return arrived in the time expected and very well packed. It's exactly what I needed to make my office work space work better, especially because it not only gives me added desk space, but it has a shelf as well. It does take assembly but the directions are clear and after having assembled a lot of furniture previously, I put it together in about 30 minutes."
