The sofa broke with in 7 day, I decided against a replacement and as of today they said they would refund my money on the sofa. Considering it was a matching love seat, I inquired about returning it. Returns require the original box and packing materials, which are (of course) long gone. They refuse to take the love seat back in any other packing materials. I would not use them again. I'm stuck with a love seat that I cannot return and awaiting a refund on the broken sofa. Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. Shame on you HomeClick. "HomeClick is a wonderful place to buy furniture. The prices are very, very competitive, and best of all, the customer service people really do care about making the customer happy. I had a problem with my shipment (item found broken upon opening), but the customer service representative sent a replacement item right away, and the replacement arrived in perfect condition, hassle-free.
