"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I ordered 8 faucets for over $4,000, which they billed my credit card for within minutes of the order. 3 weeks later, there were no faucets. And, I had actually paid to have some of them expedited. They list no phone number so I emailed them for updates, and I got the basic run-around. I finally had to tell them to cancel the order (which they claimed they could not do), that I would refuse shipment if they did arrive and that I wanted the charges reversed...that is when they simply stopped responding to my email. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my costs."

"Price was great but communication was terrible! I emailed them after 3 days to see where my faucet was but no one got back to me. Their website says that most products ship within 1-2 business days but mine didn't arrive until 1 week later. We were living without water in our bathroom sink and were eager to get the faucet and with no phone number to contact the company and no response to my 2 emails, I was getting worried. Not sure if I would order from them again."

"Pretty good overall. Very good prices, and they had the lights drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Took longer to arrive than I wanted, but less time than estimated, so I am happy overall. They arrived in good condition, with no missing or damaged pieces."

"My Order actually became cancelled due to color choice discontinued. Prior to ordering I requested a stock check and received a reply all Ok- Deliovery in 2 weeks. I placed the order for my client and 4 days later was told could not get products anymore. This was frustrating as almost 2 weeks had passed. It is also frustrating that i could not physically speak to someone. Anyways I found another site that had product and they were happy to ship it. maybe a little more homework would have gone a lone way for this customer satisfaction.

"I have purchased items from HomeCenter before when renovating kitchen and half bath. This time I purchased a Toto washlet. The price was almost half the price quoted by a nearby authorized dealer. Delivery arrived less than a week after I placed my order. Great job!"

"I placed my order on 4/12/12 for a Rohl sink, pot filler and bar faucet. I received the sink but had a run in with the delivery service because they were going to charge me an additional delivery fee for it even though I had already paid $230 shipping to Homecenter. Finally I got the sink without paying additional fees. Had to scream at Manager at delivery service to make that happen. When i asked Brian O for assistance regarding the delivery company they set up i received no response regarding this matter - ever! I also received an email that my pot filler and bar faucet would ship on 4/30. Starting on 5/2 I sent an email every day asking if my two remaining items had shipped. I finally wrote an email today to Brian O, listed as my service representative (who also is listed as Brian Okin, CEO of Homecenter on BBB.org). I said i would make a complaint through my credit card company if I didn't hear back. He sent me an email today saying the Rohl sink had shipped and gave me a tracking number. What a joke!! I already received the sink. Will give him today to respond to the last email I sent him and tell me the status on the pot filler and bar faucet. I have never been so disappointed in a company's customer service!"

“Thank you very much for your order. Most people do not need lift gates, so we don't inflate our prices to include that service that most people do not need. As is stated across our site and in our emails, lift gates are additional. Our service for shipping includes residential fee and shipping charges, not the lift gate if that is something that you need.

The sink was shipped right away, and I gave you the tracking# even though you already received it. Was filling in the records. As for the two faucets. We told you that those were not in stock and that they would ship in approximately two weeks. I have contacted the vendor to get a status or tracking number for you. Please note that we did alert you of the lead time on these two faucets within 24 hours of you placing your order.

I apologize for the delay in the email. Thank you for your order.”

"Sent numerous emails to HomeCenter, with no response. They have no phone or an address. Only recourse is to contact Credit Card company. Not happy with the way they do business."

"I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this shipment. I placed the order on April 9 thinking I was also getting 2 day shipping. I was notified there would be extra shipping charges April 11, then on April 19 I was told the item would not even be shipped out until May 8, and if I wanted it sooner it would cost more money. Very Very unhappy. "

"PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER!

I was charged a hidden $18.95 "handling fee" on a $10 order. Google.com advertised my total as $10.20 including shipping.

The policies of this company are very dishonest. Unfortunately I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company. I will never shop at this website again. They probably have to make fake reviews to get any positive feedback. "

"AWFUL. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. WONT REFUND MY CHARGE CARD. NO PHONE NUMBER. MOST FRUSTRATING INTERNET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. CHECK BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR MORE HORROR STORIES - WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE."
