posted May-07-2012 “Thank you very much for your order. Most people do not need lift gates, so we don't inflate our prices to include that service that most people do not need. As is stated across our site and in our emails, lift gates are additional. Our service for shipping includes residential fee and shipping charges, not the lift gate if that is something that you need.
The sink was shipped right away, and I gave you the tracking# even though you already received it. Was filling in the records. As for the two faucets. We told you that those were not in stock and that they would ship in approximately two weeks. I have contacted the vendor to get a status or tracking number for you. Please note that we did alert you of the lead time on these two faucets within 24 hours of you placing your order.
I apologize for the delay in the email. Thank you for your order.”
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I ordered 8 faucets for over $4,000, which they billed my credit card for within minutes of the order. 3 weeks later, there were no faucets. And, I had actually paid to have some of them expedited. They list no phone number so I emailed them for updates, and I got the basic run-around. I finally had to tell them to cancel the order (which they claimed they could not do), that I would refuse shipment if they did arrive and that I wanted the charges reversed...that is when they simply stopped responding to my email. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my costs."
