"I purchased a pair of speakers JBL SRX728s, I had shopped around quite a bit but these guys had the best price of all and order and got the speakers in less than a week. Thank you guys."

"I go to Hollywood DJ all the time for all my DJ audio and lighting needs. They're great because they're authorized dealers for all the big-brands, and they can get you what you need, event if they don't have it in inventory. "

"Ordered online then got an email saying they needed to speak to me in regard to my order mind you their website said everything was in stock. So I called the 800 number several times could not even leave a voice message, it was full! They say they have a full staff manning the phones a full staff of one! They told me what I had ordered was not in stock after website says it is......hmmm so I cancelled charges are pending on my card but I called my credit card company and they answered the phone and said don't worry Sir there is a $0 dollar liability for FRAUD they will handle it! Not good to say you have something you don't but charge the card anyway sounds like Fraud to me .........Stay Well Away!"

"My interaction with Hollywood DJ after I purchased some totes:
Me:
"Your website stated that this item had free shipping but I was charged shipping. Very deceiving."

Their response:
"Our website states free shipping on most items not all items big difference"

Nuff said."

"After selecting the odyssey fzgs10cdjwbl case I wanted to purchase I was presented a coupon that gave me 15% off. So I decided to use it. After making my purchase and paying for it a day later I was contacted and told that I could not use my coupon code. So I would have to pay the original purchase price after I had already paid for it and their checkout cart had excepted the coupon and payment. The rep did not even try to make an attempt to correct the issue. I have made numerous purchases in the past with good success but it looks like this will be my companies last. Sorry you could not help your customer this time. Looks like my money it going to someone else. The best part was I found it on Unique Squared and saved $1 without having to use a coupon. "

"HORRIBLE customer service and experience. I purchased a turntable coffin and laptop stand using their "site wide" 15% off discount. I then received an email that I had to contact them regarding my purchase. When I called they stated I could not use the 15% discount because the coffin was already listed at too low price. WHAT?!?!?!? Their idea of "fixing" this was to charge me what I had paid for BOTH items but ONLY send me the turntable coffin. Yeah, that would be very convenient... for THEM! I can't see why I would want to place any orders with HollyWood DJ again."

"Avoid this company like the plague. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!

I ordered the Le Maitre Peasouper online...they also listed a special deal as well! 15% off.
I ordered and paid by credit card. I then got an email asking me to call before they fulfill the order. I called and called and called...finally got a young man who did not seem to know if he worked there or not...could have been a pizza boy for as helpful as he was....was told the manager would have to call me back in 15 minutes. I left my number. No callback. I tried calling again, and then got an email informing me that the product was discontinued...I looked online....they still carried it, but it now had a new product number and a higher price. I found it, still for sale else where online..obviously NOT discontinued! I sent several emails spaced out over several days. NO RESPONSE. They even cancelled my order for me without contacting me. How very kind of them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS....I have a record of all my online dealings."
