reply posted Feb-25-2013 “Hi, we have investigated the issue and can see that USPS held up this order for some reason for a few days. The reason we ask that customers try and track items themselves first is that this often involves contacting the local postal service in their own country in their own timezone. Actually we have access to the same information (tracking numbers) as the customers and so for convenience it is usually easier for customers to try this first. We can always help if this first attempt does not help to resolve the issue.
We actually do try and minimize our own handling times to less than 24 hours where possible but do depend on the efficiency of local postal services for the remainder of the delivery time. We can see that the item was delivered successfully a few days ago and have sent you a separate email too.
