"I called to check on why the Technfibre tennis bags were showing as "not in stock". The woman in Customer Service told me she would check and call me back when they were in stock. She called me back (as promised) and I ordered two bags. I tried to find out who the woman was that called me to thank her and let her know I had ordered the bags, but the person I talked to on the phone said they had no way of knowing who had called. My point is that this is very typical of the service I always receive when ordering from Holabirds and it is why I have moved my business to them after 10 years of ordering from Tennis Warehouse. "
