"Having problems getting in touch with customer service. The voice mail is full and I get an automated reply that "due to the holidays" they are busy and will get with me as soon as possible. It's been almost 2 months. I was charged twice for the same item, partially my fault because I accidentally placed the order twice, but I never received the 2nd product but was charged for it anyway. Can't get in touch with anyone to get my $60 back. The product I did receive promptly broke and they did promptly replace it, but I still can't get anything done about the extra charge."

"We received a broken toy before Christmas. We had to send it back at our expense. Its been two weeks since they received it and still nothing. The customer no service said it takes two weeks for the warehouse to review the problem. Customer no service would not check anything or let me talk to anyone who would know anything. So I have to pay shipping to get a broken toy, pay shipping to return the broken toy, and then nothing. Crickets,chirp, chirp, chirp. Won't order from them again. Hoping they don't steal our money."

"I had a terrible experience with this company. The product they sent me (RC "Unbreakable" Helicopters) was defective. I tried numerous times to get in touch with the company by e-mail and phone with no response. I finally after several hours was able to speak to someone on the live-chat, who told me that they were aware there was a problem with this item and that they would be sending me a replacement part. Never did. I'm out $133.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY."

"I think This Is one of the greatest Places to buy Air soft Guns From they Also sell RC Cars and Helicopters in there stores for those who don't find Air soft that interesting. These people Sell there Guns Hundreds of dollars cheaper then most companies Most people don't play Air soft because its expensive to keep up with but Hobbytron is the fix for that I can buy a 10$ Pistol that would normally cost me 40$-50$ at other websites and retail stores. I think Hobbytron.com is a great place to shop and I think you will love them if you give them a try"

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! what ever you do dont buy from them it takes 3 hrs. to talk to some one to cancel a order that i didnt buy hobby tron decided to save my card info and buy some 20 dollar gun plus shipping! All the lady said on the phone was we cant cancel it after it's be order yaaaaa right you cant. Then i went to live chat to fix the problem and nope cant cancel it sorry. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I WARNED YOU"

"Recently I did some retail therapy and bought myself an Airsoft pistol from Hobbytron.com. Growing up I always had BB guns and other fun “make it go boom” toys but never an Airsoft gun.

So I had come across Hobbytron by mistake and was happy that I did. They have a large selection of Airsoft, RC, and Educational/Science products, at super cheap prices. I was pretty giddy when I made my order because I have always wanted an Airsoft gun and now I finally found one that was at a great price. When it came in the mail I opened it like a kid opening a Christmas present. I was shocked at how detailed this gun was. When I picked it up it was heavy and made of good quality durable plastic, and felt great in the hand. It took me a few seconds to figure out how it worked, but once I had the 14 round clip loaded, and cocked I was having fun like a kid all over again.

I was having kind of a bad day when it came in so I was happy that it did. I made up a target of things that were making me mad and depressed and I shot at them until I felt better. It was a very nice non-violent way to unwind and get some stress and frustration out. Thankfully I bought a bag of 1000 BB’s to go with the gun. Now whenever im feeling “moody” I just shoot my paper bag target (helps with the clean up too)."

"Purchased a unbreakable Helicopter for Christmas for grandson, got late - was broken, called, emailed, tried chat --- all gone for the Holidays. Finally got someone (e-mail wise) and got a replacement --- won't charge or turn on -- Called, emailed, tried Chat -- no help, says may get back to me in 5-8days ( over 30 days ) -- Gave-up -- Site sells junk, does not support, very very hard to get a hold of anyone! Beware if you want to waste money and time this your site. We will never buy anything from Hobbyton or World Tech toys again!!! Ruined a Christmas gift from Santa"
