This was my first time ordering from Hobbypartz . com and was pleasantly surprised order received within 4 days. can't ask for better.The only negative was the cost on shipping, seemed a little high

I placed my order Monday and recieved my package Thursday.Keep in mind that they are in Southern Cal. and Im in Northern Cal.So you decide if thats fast or not.I recieved my order in a box that was alot larger then what was needed for a CNC head and tail upgrade that included (2) sets of 325 carbon fiber main blades.I added(1)set of carbon fiber tail blades also.My complaint with the box size is this, it allowed things to move around inside too freely and is probably the reason the shaft on the new CNC tail was bent adding $7.00 more to this order and a trip to my LHS!Complaint #2)The carbon tail blades I recieved looked nothing like the picture online!I know that this is kinda shallow, but the appearance of my bird is important too. The Main blades that came in the package deal were white with black carbon fiber lettering saying "3D" and the tail blades I thought I ordered were white with "3D" that matched the mains, nope..They were dark with a carbon fiber pattern, nothing like the picture displayed online!#3.No instructions at all, good thing I did my homework and researched things before ordering or it would have taken alot longer to install on my Heli! Im still doing my feild set up on it.I had just bought a new Logictech 2100 gyro a week prior,so set up is taking some time! All in all, I did this upgrade because there was just too much slop in the stock Blade 400 head for me and the CNC upgrade did fix that,but Im still not sure about the CNC tail yet.Its tricky to get on at first and the frame seems like any little mis-hap could possibly mess with its "precision".Both pieces make my Heli a little heavier.IMHO its better for my Blade 400 because its flown outside only and as with any 450 class heli,just a slight breeze changes the way it handles.In closing I dont have enough time with this upgrade yet to give an honest opinion on its effects, good or bad,on my perticular heli.I will update after I spend some time with it.

I ordered battery's and esc from HOBBYPARTZ.COM on 01/03/2010. The email on  
01/05/2010 stated that the battery's were 4-6 weeks out. Thy didn't ship any of it  
but did take my money. I called and had the esc shipped and canceled the battery's on 01/11/2010. As of 01/20/2010 I still don't have my money back.  
In there policy it says  
"We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 10 days before the arrival of the product. This allows us to get the product to you faster."  
"Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently."

Product was received but parts were missing. A previous order of this product contained the parts. I emailed their support email address, and received an auto-reply that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. It's been 2 weeks now, and no one has contacted me.  
 
I ordered the missing parts from another supplier. I will not order from Hobbypartz again.

I'm disappointed with your chat room. It took me 3hrs and half and Sam sent me a link with is totally hopeless in repairing my concern regarding the D3DRM.dll and here is what i sent him and he just gave me the same link which was emailed to me about 4 time and it's useless because it want me to buy it which is crazy.I just bought the E-Sky 4 ch flight simulator training kit. The problem is that i'm using the Vista. I have successfully installed the software unfortunately the it says it needs the D3DRM.dll, and it also said it was in access violation at 0048F6F3 in module 'FMS.exe read of 00000000. I have talk to Bob at tech support, and he sent me a new version but it still says the same thing over and over again. Please help me and hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you and more power to you guys. What should I do just return the thunder AC6 charger. If anyone out there isn't able to help me what is the use of keeping it right. And your phone line is just terrible. Sorry but it is just very disappointing and i 'm just new in the hobby. Hope to hear from someone really knowledgeable about the advice and links they talk about since they are suppose to know about this things. Thank you.

As with most E-stores, the pictures and descriptions for different products sold need to be more clear and detailed. It is important, when buying something for the first time to have a proper representation of the products. Good pictures is very important. That is one of the things I likes about your website - GREAT pictures! Keep it up! The site layout is also very good with the servos by weight across the top and by application down the left side. Prices seem very competitive and I haven't tried the servos purchased yet to see what the quality is but will be very soon. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in great condition. Very professional. I will definately buy from this store again assuming the quality is up to par. Brian.
