& on the phone showed me how to bind the new reciver to my trans.So happy I ordered another reciver,to make me two & both work as good as the $100 dollar ones from other companys Just $14.99  
& less then 5 bucks shipping .I would rate Hobbyparz service 100%.How do they sell so low ??

Shipping was quick but I received the wrong parts. I tried to call and was on hold for 10 minutes then I was disconected. I called back and was on hold again for 16 minutes and gave up. I sent an email about the wrong parts and got a reply the next day, however the support said I was being sent 1x of the wrong item when I should have been sent 4x of the wrong item. I received 4 wrong servos, not one. I enailed again and got a reply the next day saying 4x of the correct part is now being shipped. So I'll have to wait and see how this all works out.

I purchased the Exceed RC 6-Ch 2.4Ghz Transmitter w/ Receiver (Full Version) for RC Helicopters & Airplanes. I was a little skeptical that you could get something of any value for so cheap of a price. I was pleasantly surprised, and plan to put the radio in my electric trainer for my grandchildren. Programming it is a piece of cake with the on line tutorial. I think I will purchase another one for myself! jb

I just received my brushless systems and was surpised by the speed not only in the cars but the delivery of the items as well. This is my first time with this company but it will not be the last.

Ordered 9/7/09 and received an Exceed RC 2.4Ghz 6 chan transmitter/receiver on 10/9/09. Fast local delivery, but the item was obviously a used item that had been returned to them as indicated by the parts and packing. The CD was missing and that item contained the user's manual + software needed to use the unit. After calling them on 10/9, I received an email link on 10/13 from their customer service to an (affiliate?) website, xheli.com, to download a copy of a similar unit's manual/software. Would have much preferred to receive a new, un-opened unit with all the parts instead of fast delivery of a used item.

Hobbypartz got my order online, notified me the next day that my order had been filled sent me the UPS shipping information. That's the way I like doing usiness online.
