I ordered a refurbished Denon AVR-988 and it ended up being defective within a week. I notified HiTechFun and they were quick to give me directions to return the item. They will be refunding all shipping costs, which is crucial with an item of that size.
I have zero qualms about ordering from them again after seeing their stellar customer service in action."

"I can't believe I ordered a 27 inch tv on a Thursday and received it the following Tuesday with regular UPS ground, SUPERQUICK shipping! They called me to confirm the order and everything then shipped it out that day. The TV came of course as decribed, im just still blown away at how fast it got here.
