The only drawback was that my order was split into two different shipments, and I was only sent one single tracking number. When the first box (a huge box containing the trailer hitch itself) arrived, I installed the hitch that night and noticed that the wiring harness that I ordered was not included in the box, so I initially wondered if it was left off my order. Upon calling the customer service telephone number the next morning, I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes before I hung up without speaking to a human being. This was quite frustrating.
