I was disappointed in the amount of light the red LightTape emitted. It was advertised as an alternative to cold cathode and neon when in fact, it merely GLOWS as opposed to really throwing light...furthermore, when I was removing the tape from my system, the damn light broke (the negitive contact that runs along the side of the tape stayed with the sticky stuff on my case in one small portion)... so now I was stuck with a $20 3\u0022 long glowing piece of tape...or so I thought. After emailing Scott explaining my situation, and explaining my disappointment at how weak the glow of the tape was, and the fact that it broke when I was pulling it off my rig, the guy refunded me completely for the tape AND all shipping costs! That is really going WAY out for customer satisfaction. "This was my first time ordering from this store and I couldn't be happier. I got exactly what I asked for and it only took a few days. I got an immediate email reply when I ordered and a second email the next day saying my item had shipped. Two days later, my item arrived. This is how internet shopping is supposed to work. I couldn't have asked for anything more. "
