"This was my first time ordering from this store and I couldn't be happier. I got exactly what I asked for and it only took a few days. I got an immediate email reply when I ordered and a second email the next day saying my item had shipped. Two days later, my item arrived. This is how internet shopping is supposed to work. I couldn't have asked for anything more. "

"Been a while since my last order from them, but they were able to trace back and see how long I've been getting my water gear from them, and even offered to send me one of their lab pieces for something otherwise out of stock. I've never had a company offer that to someone before, and this goes well beyond the normal "keep loyal customers happy." :)"

"Purchased a case from them and did not receive an invoice via email. I sent 2 emails to them over the course of 2 days and no reply. We feel we just got ripped off by them, since they have not replied to our messages or sent us an email with the confirmation we purchased the item.

After all the mix-up we received the case on Wednesday 1 week and 1 day after the purchase. After opening the box the case was easy to put together. The case does its job, I just think it is a bit flimsy.

Good product, customer service just needs to work out some issues.

“Not True. His order was received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We sent a shipping confirmation with tracking # which was sent within 24 hours of purchase. We completed his order promptly, efficiently and correctly.

No emails were received from him. It is possible that a spam filter or ISP blocked them, but none ever reached our inbox.

This customer won't get back with us after several attempts. Please read our other reviews before judging us based on this person's comments, or contact us anytime with concerns.

"Online purchasing with a company doesn't get any better. Scott stays on top of emails and has always has quick responses to my questions/concerns. Where other companies make it near impossible to get anything but a form email response, HighSpeedPC stands out from the crowd with his quick personalized responses. My product was received on day 3 after I placed the order. I will definately be ordering again!"

"I purchased an XP unlock kit, magnifing glass, and a red (pink) LightTape. I received all products in good condition. I was disappointed in the amount of light the red LightTape emitted. It was advertised as an alternative to cold cathode and neon when in fact, it merely GLOWS as opposed to really throwing light...furthermore, when I was removing the tape from my system, the damn light broke (the negitive contact that runs along the side of the tape stayed with the sticky stuff on my case in one small portion)... so now I was stuck with a $20 3" long glowing piece of tape...or so I thought. After emailing Scott explaining my situation, and explaining my disappointment at how weak the glow of the tape was, and the fact that it broke when I was pulling it off my rig, the guy refunded me completely for the tape AND all shipping costs! That is really going WAY out for customer satisfaction. I will certainly be purchasing more stuff from Scott in the future. ...and warning: The LightTape is good for accenting stuff...not for lighting any portion of your case up.

"I ordered their XP unlocking kit on Tuesday evening, It shipped Wednesday and arrived on Friday! (USPS)
Kit is complete and is very easy to use with excellent instructions.
I will be ordering from them again for sure"

"Happy with the product (PC Tech Station), but I thought the price a bit high, considering the contents. Moderately easy to assemble. Assembly instructions are pretty good. Cooling fan is very loud, despide being labeled as a "quiet" fan, but it cools the unit very well. It would be good if they offered an in-line fan-speed dial. No issues whatsoever with ordering, paying on line, or delivery. All went well in that category."
