posted Sep-06-2008 “Not True. His order was received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We sent a shipping confirmation with tracking # which was sent within 24 hours of purchase. We completed his order promptly, efficiently and correctly.
No emails were received from him. It is possible that a spam filter or ISP blocked them, but none ever reached our inbox.
This customer won't get back with us after several attempts. Please read our other reviews before judging us based on this person's comments, or contact us anytime with concerns.

We feel we just got ripped off by them, since they have not replied to our messages or sent us an email with the confirmation we purchased the item.<br><br>After all the mix-up we received the case on Wednesday 1 week and 1 day after the purchase. After opening the box the case was easy to put together. I was disappointed in the amount of light the red LightTape emitted. It was advertised as an alternative to cold cathode and neon when in fact, it merely GLOWS as opposed to really throwing light...furthermore, when I was removing the tape from my system, the damn light broke (the negitive contact that runs along the side of the tape stayed with the sticky stuff on my case in one small portion)... so now I was stuck with a $20 3\u0022 long glowing piece of tape...or so I thought. After emailing Scott explaining my situation, and explaining my disappointment at how weak the glow of the tape was, and the fact that it broke when I was pulling it off my rig, the guy refunded me completely for the tape AND all shipping costs! That is really going WAY out for customer satisfaction.
