"I decided to purchase an m18x R2 for some time. I wanted to get it a bit cheaper than Dell's prices. I looked at a few resellers and decided on HIDevolution as they had the most customization options and actually had the laptops in stock. The sales representative was very nice and even gave a bit of a discount on the unit. They also installed a triple pipe heat sink on a non-extreme processor for a little extra. Shipping was fast. The only complain I would have is that the unit was supposed to ship with windows 8 but only came with windows 7 and the windows 7 install disc. This wasn't a problem for me as I had a copy of Windows 8 pro I planned on installing anyway and needed to dual booth both 7 and 8. Games run great and 3 monitors work well."

"I was looking for a unique ROG machine. I found it at Hidevolution. In 15 years of computer building and maintenance, this is the top company as far as sales, service and support goes.

They promised a delivery date and kept their word.

Top notch electronics distributor!"

"I do not often write reviews but hidevolution.com deserves one from me. I am about to place my sixth order, that alone says a lot about the trust I have in Ted and hidevolution.com. Without this service I would not be able to buy these items, or it would be a lot more expensive for me here in Iceland.

Out of the five orders I have made four were laptops which were all shipped in timely manner and didn't take long to show up.

More importantly Ted has always been friendly and patient with any questions or requests I have brought up. I don't hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone :)

"Instantaneous and kind support, perfect negotiation and lightning shipment speed! They were REALLY patient answering all my thousand questions before ordering such a huge system like the one I bought, a Alienware M17x with top config. Couldnt be any better! "I really wanted to upgrade my laptop to a proper gaming laptop, I searched around and saw the alienware m17x, as i was travelling in a few days and really wanted to purchase the laptop before i searched around to see who could deliver me this much needed gaming machine. HIDEvolution was amazing, the customer service was fantastic and even when a couple o problems from my side came up they were always on had to help and try to resolve the issue. I received my laptop 2 days after i had ordered and i'm really happy with it. They even supplied a UK mains adapter free of charge.

To all the team and especially Ted thank you for all your dedication and hard work. I highly recommend this site to everyone who wants to buy high end quality with fantastic customer service."

"I purchased a customized alienware laptop and very happy and satisfied with it. First I have to say their customer service is excellent and the best I had. special thanks to TED for guiding me throughout my order and answering all the questions that I had. I am from Canada and I shipped the order to a different address which is New Zealand. I tried to look for company that can and I am very happy that i found HIDEVOLUTION. I had some problems along the way but they were very willing to help me with it. Not only that they have a friendly service but also had my order in less than 3 weeks :) everything was right,perfect condition, and all that I asked for. I will surely recommend them to all my friends."

"Awesome company! i received my Razer Blade R2 on January 31,2013. All works perfectly fine, this is a truly great machine. Shipping was VERY fast, I thought that I'll get my laptop only in mid February, but surprise - I got it far faster than expected. That means a lot, cuz I live in Russia.
Costumer service high too - can't say how high it is, just trust %)
really wish, that in future I would be able to buy another Razer products though this company and well, lot of profits to HID evolution guys, you really deserve it!"

"The first thing I want to mention about this company is there fantastic customer service. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely and polite manner. "This is my review of HID evolution computers.
I am from Argentina. I was in the need of buying a notebook and I decided to buy one from outside my country cause here laptops are very expensive, then I choosed to buy one from USA.
I started looking on the internet a good notebook seller from USA. I was interested on a gamer laptop, the model was ASUS G75VW RS72. I finded a lot of sellers, specially on Amazon. There were a lot of sellers, but I choosed HIDevolution specially because of their prices and also they great variety of machines and customizations. I contacted with HIDevolution staff and they were very kind for answering all my questions, so I decided buying from this guys. I buyed the mentioned ASUS model with a Mouse and a Backpack, wich were accesories from the same brand. I demanded only to make two customizations, an extra HDD and the IC compound for helping reduce CPU and GPU temperatures. I payed and they send the laptop two days later.
After one week and a half having the machine I can say the machine is really great, it works perfectly but I had only one complain: the second HDD was not there. Quickly I emailed hidevolution and I told them the problem. They ask me to chat via their web page and they concluded it was their mistake. They resolved the problem very fast, they would send me the other HDD. Finally, one week later, I received my second HDD! I had to pay only minor custom taxes but now I am really satisfied with my purchase with this people. I emphasize the great custom service when you contact the sellers for the first time, and also the way they take into account your claims. If you are in the need of buying a notebook, specially from the USA being resident in another country, I recommend you make contact with HID Evolution. I'm pretty sure they will help you! That's all I have to say. Bye!!"

"VERY SATISFIED

Frankly, I was a little on-edge about ordering through a reseller. But since i couldn't have an Asus G55VW built to spec from Asus, I went with HID who could make the modifications I wanted.

HID swapped out the stock hd for a Samsung solid state hd, upgraded the operating system, swapped out and added the RAM of my choice, swapped the wireless card to one by Killer Wireless and removed the optical bay and replaced it with a hard drive caddy for a second SSD to be added in the future when I need it.

The machine arrived very quickly--maybe four business days and was built as ordered.

Support: There were a few driver glitches here and there, which when I first discovered, my heart sank, recalling the awful support experiences I'd had with HP and Dell previously. But contacting HID was straight forward and I was put through a support tech who knows what they're doing. Even when something tricky popped up (a weirdness with the Atheros LAN Ethernet driver functioning properly) HID support remote-accessed in and after a half hour or so had resolved the problem, which was more complicated then just reinstalling a driver. That would have never happened with HP in a million years.

So all in all I have the exact machine and specs that I want and if something goes wrong there's help on the other end of the phone.

I am pleasantly surprised by this company."

I purchased a base Alienware M14x and could not be happier with the service and response. These guys will most definitely be doing my future upgrades (I don't like to switch/buy laptops every two years at all so I keep my boxes for a long time).

They answered all of my questions and emails promptly.

I did read the prior reviews both positive and negative, yet it was the best decision Ive made. Im very happy with my machine and the service."
