Ordered merchandise on october 24, 2009 Called see if shipped out because I never received notice of item being out of stock. had to leave a message. Someone did call me back and I was told it was going to be backordered for 2 weeks. I cancelled the item on 11-4-09 with Tom. I was out of town and when i came home it was here. I contacted them thru there site end of November. I then sent email on 12-2 because I never heard from them. I then send again on december 8th stating this was the 3rd email. Finally that day they sent me an email "Sorry but that item is outside of the 14day policy. If returned there would be a 20% restocking fee" I explained the circumstance to again . They sent me an authorization number to send back. I finally returned on 12-11. Now they won't refund going back to original 14 day policy and says there is no Tom that works there that I canceled the item. I have spoke/emailed Ben and Tony. As of today(1-19.2009) i emailed them and told them to take the 20% off and credit my card.
From what I read now on there reviews, I am not the only customer that they have treated this way. I will lose over 50.00 but I want out of this mess!!!
As of today February 10th I have not received my refund. I received and email on Jan 21 stating they would refund minus restocking from Ben and
Tony. Now Robin emailed the following on February 5th
its too old to refund per purged from the system I can only offer you store credit at this time Your customer service representative Robin
I explained that they already said this was going to be done. Today I received this email 2-10-2010
It is too old to refund the credit card system will not allow it at this point. I can only offer you store credit that is the final word.

This great customer service!!!!!! I emailed back and asked for supervisor/owner to call me it is not stated in there return policy that it won't be refunded. It says:
Any product after the 14 day period
All returned packages will be inspected, processing can take up to a 2 weeks for warranty, exchanges and returns. Any item sent into us for a refund is subject to a minimum of a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. We also do NOT refund the original shipping price. We reserve the right to charge a 35.00 flat fee on warranty/ exchanges if the original product packaging is not included. Other fees associated with items not included with the returned merchandise such as bass knobs, fuse holders, manuals, etc that were not included with the package are also subject to additional fees depending on the item not included
