The worst place to buy any thing !!!  
They will sale w/o having the item in stock today has 18 day that im waiting for my order and i have no idea when will receive !!!! Before buy from them try to call them and you will see how hard is to get them on the phone !!!!  
go to sonic eletronix instead (online store) or even better go to al-eds.com (received my order in 3 days and got the best price)do your self a favor and try to call before you buy from them !!!

I ordered a car amp and they sent a defective product. They said they would replace with a different brand product, then sent the wrong product. PLEASE READ: in both cases I was forced to PAY for return shipping. Now they will NOT refund my money since I gave them a negative rating on ebay. 'Robin' says they will send a correction form for the negative rating, and when I fill it out they will give me a refund. Otherwise I will only get a store credit!! What did I do wrong here? Be careful!! They play the ebay system for buyer protection...I am now out of time to complain to ebay. My belief they would fix it was incorrect! I am happy to provide anyone with the 30+ emails trying to correct this problem. FORGET their customer service phone. New update March 3, 2010. Money still not returned. Take note perspective buyers!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order almost a year ago and still have not received all my products. I am missing a $70 that NEVER shipped and they said it was on backorder. How can something be on backorder this long? I called about the order and they hung up on me and blocked my number from calling! I guess thats why their grade is an F with the BBB.

Ordered merchandise on october 24, 2009 Called see if shipped out because I never received notice of item being out of stock. had to leave a message. Someone did call me back and I was told it was going to be backordered for 2 weeks. I cancelled the item on 11-4-09 with Tom. I was out of town and when i came home it was here. I contacted them thru there site end of November. I then sent email on 12-2 because I never heard from them. I then send again on december 8th stating this was the 3rd email. Finally that day they sent me an email "Sorry but that item is outside of the 14day policy. If returned there would be a 20% restocking fee" I explained the circumstance to again . They sent me an authorization number to send back. I finally returned on 12-11. Now they won't refund going back to original 14 day policy and says there is no Tom that works there that I canceled the item. I have spoke/emailed Ben and Tony. As of today(1-19.2009) i emailed them and told them to take the 20% off and credit my card.  
From what I read now on there reviews, I am not the only customer that they have treated this way. I will lose over 50.00 but I want out of this mess!!!  
 
As of today February 10th I have not received my refund. I received and email on Jan 21 stating they would refund minus restocking from Ben and  
Tony. Now Robin emailed the following on February 5th  
 
its too old to refund per purged from the system I can only offer you store credit at this time Your customer service representative Robin  
 
I explained that they already said this was going to be done. Today I received this email 2-10-2010  
 
It is too old to refund the credit card system will not allow it at this point. I can only offer you store credit that is the final word.

This great customer service!!!!!! I emailed back and asked for supervisor/owner to call me it is not stated in there return policy that it won't be refunded. It says:  
 
Any product after the 14 day period  
 
All returned packages will be inspected, processing can take up to a 2 weeks for warranty, exchanges and returns. Any item sent into us for a refund is subject to a minimum of a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. We also do NOT refund the original shipping price. We reserve the right to charge a 35.00 flat fee on warranty/ exchanges if the original product packaging is not included. Other fees associated with items not included with the returned merchandise such as bass knobs, fuse holders, manuals, etc that were not included with the package are also subject to additional fees depending on the item not included  
 
Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I bought a Refurbished Kicker ZX1000 from hifisound only to have it go defective from the get go. I paid for it to be RMA'd back to hifisound Dec. 23rd, 2009 They recived it January 5th, 2010. It's now January 20th and i'm yet to here the status of my order. They keep telling me they are backed up from christmas but are yet to give me an ETA when my amplifer will ship. Not getting a good customer service vibe off of this company. Would not use them again....At this point, unless I can get some communication going on the status of my exchange.

I ordered audio equipment from this site because they had the best price (not always the best thing). When I placed the order, the link to track the shipments showed all the items that I ordered as shipped. I received the shipment, but only 1 of my items arrived. I began the process of trying to call (HUGE JOKE); never got to speak to anyone. Sent emails (three) before I got a response. The response said, Oh, these items had to be ordered, will send a time of arrival when they are shipped. Waited two weeks...decided to cancel the order; requested by email & phone (I don't know how my husband got through) to get credited for the unreceived items. Here it is two weeks later and sending another email letting them know I am going to report them to BBB! This is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES...IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

I am sorry on of your items was backordered from the factory. We sent your other items right away and offered to cancel and refund the others or gave you the option to wait. When asked to be refunded we did so right away. Again I am sorry we were out of stock of that one item on your order.

The company had sent me the wrong items I called as soon as received and they overnight'ed the correct item free of charge. I was VERY pleased with this and have recommended this company to all my friends and will be using them again for any audio web shopping.
