"I've ordered from a lot of online sites, some good, some not so good. hideflifestyle.com is GREAT! Ordered a Samsung 40" Lcd TV from them, got all my questions answered,ordered on a Thursday, and received my TV the next day without paying any extra shipping costs! They say they have seven warehouses across the country for the fastest delivery times possible."

"Buying anything on the internet can be risky, especially something expensive like the Samsung 40" LCD TV, model # LN-T4053H that I ordered fron hideflifestyle.com. So it was a huge relief to have the TV shipped 2,000 miles and the shipping box and the TV looked factory perfect. It shipped two days after I ordered it, as stated on the website. I was given a tracking number, so I knew what was happening, and when to expect the TV. Of course the price was great. The only websites that were close to HiDef's price were rip-off artists and scammers from Crooklyn, N.Y. People, avoid Crooklyn resellers like the plague. And forget about Worst Buy, and their $300 extra profit for absolutely nothing. They are greedy. Just get it from HiDefLifestyle.

Prior to this review, there were only three reviews for hideflifestyle here on the great resellerratings.com. So what I based my buying decision on was the low price and that hideflifestyle had 300 good reviews on amazon.com, even though most or all of those reviews were regarding items of far less value than a $1,479 TV. As a way of thanking the reviewers and potential purchasers here on resellerratings.com, I planned on posting here whether my buying experience was spectacular, horrible, or anywhere in between. Hideflifestlye.com is highly recommended."

"Ordered Toshiba Gigabeat S 30. At the time I ordered, they had the best price online by at least $20. Their website provided shipping charges before ordering. I had never heard of them, but the reviews on here were good. I ordered the product after midnight PST. When I got up the next morning, I had order confirmation, order processed, and an order shipped email with UPS tracking #!
Product arrived a day ahead of schedule, well packed, new in box.
Fast, easy transaction. Great price, fantastic service. Highly recommend."

"I also ordered the Samsung LN-T4665F. My order was placed on the 28th of March and it was shipped out on the 29th! In between I received three emails stating the status of my order. First was order placed, second was order processed and the third final email said my order was shipped (CC charged, Tracking number received). My TV was shipped via Roadway who handled it very well. The TV arrived on the 5th of April and the package was in great shape, no visible damage. People at Roadway are very nice, they will inspect the package/TV before they leave.

Could not be happier with this reseller. No hassle, low price and fast shipping! I would recommend it to anyone else looking for electronics and surely will buy from them again.

"Ordered a Monster AVL-300 remote (best price from a highly rated reseller) Tuesday at 9:00pm. Got immediate confirmation e-mail, and then Wednesday morning got an e-mail saying "being prepared for shipment". A minute later got another e-mail with tracking number and it arrived on Monday. Absolutely no problems with my order. "

"I ordered a DVD player and it was not shipped doubled boxed. They just slapped a shipping label on the DVD player box. Very poor packaging/shipping.

I also emailed them about a price adjustment since the price went down right after I placed my order, but the email was never responded to. I had to call them to inquire about this and was told that they will not do a price adjustment-so Hidef Lifestyle will not even honor their own listed pricing which is *very* unscrupulous and shady!

Based on this bad experience in more than one aspect of my order, I will never order anything from Hidef Lifestyle again and absolutely do not recommend them at all."

"I came upon this seller through Amazon rather than directly through their webpage. Shortly after I had purchased a pair of Grado headphones, I received an email informing me that Hidef had already shipped the order. I double-checked the provided tracking number on the UPS site and, not surprisingly, the order had, indeed, been shipped.

This is how business ought to be done! I am 100% happy with this merchant and recommend them without any reservations. They are fast and keep you informed so that you never have to worry about the legitimacy of your transaction."

"I ordered some Denon headphones from them late Saturday night. They didn't have the best price on the web, but they had the best price of all of the non-sketchy retailers that actually had the headphones in stock. The phones shipped on Monday, and were at my door on Tuesday (today). I am listening to them right now. Nice fast shipping, and the packaging of the product was good. No complaints here. I would order from them again."
