Very pleased with the experience. Prompt responses to my emails (within an hour or two), best prices I could find (on URC remote equipment) and shipped within hours of my order. Ordered Monday, received Wednesday.

This company is EXTREMELY nice to deal with. I've made a purchase and it was shipped within 2 work hours (!!!). I've sent several e-mails to them and all have been responded to within minutes.  
 
I would absolutely do business with this company again in a heart beat.

Ordered a Monster AVL-300 remote (best price from a highly rated reseller) Tuesday at 9:00pm. Got immediate confirmation e-mail, and then Wednesday morning got an e-mail saying "being prepared for shipment". A minute later got another e-mail with tracking number and it arrived on Monday. Absolutely no problems with my order.

Ordered a Samsung LN-T5265 LCD set after seeing that Amazon uses this store for their customers. I went directly to their website and found this set for a very competitive price. I ordered on 4/9 and received e-mails for acknowledgement and that the order was processed. I e-mailed customer service since their live assistance always seems to be busy and received a same day reply indicating that the TV would be shipped the same day. I received the tracking number later that evening for the PittOhio trucking company who called me the following morning. The box and TV arrived undamaged and so far so good. Would give this retailer a shot at your business.

I also ordered the Samsung LN-T4665F. My order was placed on the 28th of March and it was shipped out on the 29th! In between I received three emails stating the status of my order. First was order placed, second was order processed and the third final email said my order was shipped (CC charged, Tracking number received). My TV was shipped via Roadway who handled it very well. The TV arrived on the 5th of April and the package was in great shape, no visible damage. People at Roadway are very nice, they will inspect the package/TV before they leave.  
 
Could not be happier with this reseller. No hassle, low price and fast shipping! I would recommend it to anyone else looking for electronics and surely will buy from them again.

I purchased a Samsung LN-T4665F LCD Television from www.hideflifestyle.com on April 2, 2007 and received it on April 6, 2007. I paid $2399 plus $100 shipping for an in home delivery grand total of $2499. (This at a time when the total price at most local and online retailers was anywhere from $150 to $900 higher.) Here is how I rate www.hideflifestyle.com (hereinafter HDLS):  
 
Competitive Pricing and Ease of Ordering: 95% --> I found one reputable retailer (www.techdepot.com) asking less but didn't order from them because, due to sales tax, their total price was more than the total price at HDLS. (-5%) The great price at HDLS came without any bargaining or haggling. (-0%) I ordered online. It went smoothly and within minutes I received an email invoice. (-0%)  
 
Communication: 85% --> I sent an email to their sales department with four pre-sales questions and within 3 hours, Aaron had responded with complete and straightforward answers to all of them. (-0%) HDLS failed to notify me when a credit card problem halted my order processing; I had to log onto my account at HDLS and view my order status page to learn that there was a problem and that I needed to call them to find out exactly what the problem was. (-5%) I called HDLS and spoke with Eric. He explained that the credit card problem was likely the result of a daily spending limit imposed by my bank. He asked me to call my bank and ask them to allow the transaction then call HDLS and ask them to re-try the transaction. He said that if I did this before 3:00, the television would ship the same day. He was polite, articulate, had no accent, and was easy to understand. (-0%) I called my bank, they fixed the problem, then I called HDLS but the phone system kept sending me to voicemail so after several tries, I finally just left them a voicemail message. This was all done roughly 5 hours before 3:00. (-5%) An hour before the 3:00 shipping deadline, I finally managed to get through to a person, Aaron. He said my order was minutes away from being processed and that I would have my tracking information via email by 6:00. He was polite, articulate, had no accent, and was easy to understand. (-0%) Despite Aaron's assurance to the contrary, I received no email tracking information that evening. (-5%) My bank account was charged and my television was shipped that evening. I received no email stating this; I only knew this by viewing my order status page on the HDLS website, which seems to be delayed by a few hours. (-0%)  
 
Shipping: 100% --> HDLS used Roadway as a shipper. The package was delivered a weekend early (Friday instead of Monday) and was in perfect shape. (-0%) The delivery man, Paul, was friendly, careful, polite, and patient while I opened the package to inspect the television. (-0%) The package was factory sealed and the television was in perfect condition. (-0%)

Advice when shopping at www.hideflifestyle.com: Keep an eye on your order status page at their website and understand that this page lags real time by a couple hours. They don't do email real well and speaking with a person can be difficult at times. Don't depend on them to notify you of a problem. When making a large purchase via Credit/Debit Card, make sure your card provider will not block the transaction due to the dollar amount. When dealing with the shipper Roadway, keep an eye on your tracking information and stay in touch with them because their target delivery date can fluctuate.

Buying anything on the internet can be risky, especially something expensive like the Samsung 40" LCD TV, model # LN-T4053H that I ordered fron hideflifestyle.com. So it was a huge relief to have the TV shipped 2,000 miles and the shipping box and the TV looked factory perfect. It shipped two days after I ordered it, as stated on the website. I was given a tracking number, so I knew what was happening, and when to expect the TV. Of course the price was great. The only websites that were close to HiDef's price were rip-off artists and scammers from Crooklyn, N.Y. People, avoid Crooklyn resellers like the plague. And forget about Worst Buy, and their $300 extra profit for absolutely nothing. They are greedy. Just get it from HiDefLifestyle.  
 
Prior to this review, there were only three reviews for hideflifestyle here on the great resellerratings.com. So what I based my buying decision on was the low price and that hideflifestyle had 300 good reviews on amazon.com, even though most or all of those reviews were regarding items of far less value than a $1,479 TV. As a way of thanking the reviewers and potential purchasers here on resellerratings.com, I planned on posting here whether my buying experience was spectacular, horrible, or anywhere in between. Hideflifestlye.com is highly recommended.
