I placed an order for some speakers on a Sunday evening, and first thing on Monday morning HiDef shipped them. I was amazed simply by the speed of service.  
 
Then they went on to impress me even more with rapid responses to my post-sales questions and accommodating me on some damage that was caused by UPS. I would buy from HiDef again in a heartbeat.

I came upon this seller through Amazon rather than directly through their webpage. Shortly after I had purchased a pair of Grado headphones, I received an email informing me that Hidef had already shipped the order. I double-checked the provided tracking number on the UPS site and, not surprisingly, the order had, indeed, been shipped.  
 
This is how business ought to be done! I am 100% happy with this merchant and recommend them without any reservations. They are fast and keep you informed so that you never have to worry about the legitimacy of your transaction.

I ordered a refurbished Velodyne MicroVee from this store early in the morning on the day of the purchase. It shipped promptly that afternoon, with a verifiable UPS tracking number that didn't just turn out to be "billing data submitted", as some other stores have done for days before anything moves out the door. Despite being marketed as refurbished, the sub appeared to be in as-new condition, and only a small scratch on one side, visible only with very close inspection, turned out to separate it from a new sub. I have been burned before by dealers claiming that they are authorized and selling refurbished gear, but in this case, not only did Velodyne back up the dealer status, everything in the box checked out. All parts were factory-sealed, the warranty card was in the box as it should be, and the serial number sticker was perfectly clean and legible, with no signs of tampering. This is a highly professional operation that delivers excellent mail-order service at the lowest price I've seen for the particular sub represented in this condition. I can't imagine doing better, and would enthusiastically order from them again.

I ordered some Denon headphones from them late Saturday night. They didn't have the best price on the web, but they had the best price of all of the non-sketchy retailers that actually had the headphones in stock. The phones shipped on Monday, and were at my door on Tuesday (today). I am listening to them right now. Nice fast shipping, and the packaging of the product was good. No complaints here. I would order from them again.

Outstanding company! I ordered online and received a great price. Since shipping was free, I expected to have to wait. However, I had a nice surprise this morning, I received my ordered items! Great prices and fast shipping! I highly recommend this company.

This company is EXTREMELY nice to deal with. I've made a purchase and it was shipped within 2 work hours (!!!). I've sent several e-mails to them and all have been responded to within minutes.

Ordered a Monster AVL-300 remote (best price from a highly rated reseller) Tuesday at 9:00pm. Got immediate confirmation e-mail, and then Wednesday morning got an e-mail saying "being prepared for shipment". A minute later got another e-mail with tracking number and it arrived on Monday. Absolutely no problems with my order.

Very Satisfied. My speakers shipped 1 day after order was placed, they had the best price that I could find and free shipping.

This was my second purchase from HIDEFLifestyle. Both transactions were for universal remote controls at the best prices I could find on-line or off.

I am so happy with my purchase from HiDef Lifestyle! I saw their price on the Logitech Harmony 670 universal remote and figured that it just HAD to be either used or at least be an open box item in order for them to sell it at such a low price, but when my order arrived, I was thrilled to find out that it was a totally brand new item, in the original sealed retail package, and it works like a charm.  
 
I had been looking for a good price on the Harmony 670 for several months, but HiDef Lifestyle's price beat them all by far! Best Buy and other B&M stores sell this item for $149.99. Their sale prices don't even go any lower than $134.99, but I got my Harmony 670 from HiDef Lifestyle for only $78.99, plus a little over $5 for shipping. I even consider their shipping charges to be more than fair considering that I've run across far too many online sellers who list their items for lower than normal prices, but then they jack up the shipping costs really high to make up for their low sales price, and if there is a problem, you can't even get shipping charges refunded if you return the item. It's a scam that is designed to rip off the customer and keep them ripped off! Yet HiDef Lifestyle actually charged me LESS than what their actual shipping costs really were, and since I didn't have to pay sales tax, I was thrilled to pay what they were asking. I ended up paying only a few dollars more than the best price I could find for the now out of date Harmony 520, which doesn't have anything approaching the number of features that the 670 has!  
 
I don't know how they sell their merchandise at such low prices, but I'm definitely not complaining, and plan to buy again from Di Def Lifestyle! I only wish I'd found them before I bought all my other Hi Def components!  
 

I ordered the Toshiba Regza 37" LCD Television. This site provided me with fabulous customer service and shipped my order out right away. I would shop here again and highly recommend this site to anyone. Very happy customer.

Ordered a Samsung LN-T5265 LCD set after seeing that Amazon uses this store for their customers. I went directly to their website and found this set for a very competitive price. I ordered on 4/9 and received e-mails for acknowledgement and that the order was processed. I e-mailed customer service since their live assistance always seems to be busy and received a same day reply indicating that the TV would be shipped the same day. I received the tracking number later that evening for the PittOhio trucking company who called me the following morning. The box and TV arrived undamaged and so far so good. Would give this retailer a shot at your business.

I also ordered the Samsung LN-T4665F. My order was placed on the 28th of March and it was shipped out on the 29th! In between I received three emails stating the status of my order. First was order placed, second was order processed and the third final email said my order was shipped (CC charged, Tracking number received). My TV was shipped via Roadway who handled it very well. The TV arrived on the 5th of April and the package was in great shape, no visible damage. People at Roadway are very nice, they will inspect the package/TV before they leave.  
 
Could not be happier with this reseller. No hassle, low price and fast shipping! I would recommend it to anyone else looking for electronics and surely will buy from them again.
