"I see a lot of negative reviews about their customer service. Just thought I'm mention that I had no problem getting through to cancel my order even though the web site said it was too late to cancel. Yes, the operators had accents but communication was fine and there was no run-around and they were very polite. BTW, they pay the shipping on their 21 day return guarantee if it comes to that."

"The customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I had a hard drive problem and my laptop battery was bad, I still had a month left on my warranty so the sent me a box to send it in. Due to school I couldn't send it in so I procrastinated and finally called them 7 days after my warranty and told them the situation. they said since it was 30 days after the claim they were not suppose to warranty the claim. but the let it slide and the sent me the parts so I could still use my laptop. It took a while om the phone but it didn't cost me a dime. They even waved the 400 dollar credit card fee I needed to insure that they received the old drive. awesome! customer for life."

"I placed a small order for about two-something dollars with HP -- The cheapest price I could find. My order was promptly processed within two days despite the fact that it was backordered.
The shipping, even for this small purchase, was free and HP contacted me through e-mail with a tracking number as soon as they could toward the the end.
I'm happy that HP takes me as a customer responsibly and proves to me that they do business with their customers in a timely manner."

"The configuration and ordering process was clear and precise. No misunderstanding of what was being ordered and no hidden costs. This was a very straight forward process and I received exactly what I ordered. The unit worked perfectly and all documentation was accurate. After 2 months the unit still works flawlessly. The battery life is better than expected and the wireless functioning is better than I thought it would be. Even with the 16 Gb SSHD which is almost full with the operating system the speed is still good coupled with a 16 Gb SC card and 16 GB flash drive storage is not a problem. I would most definitely recommend this site and this product to anyone who asks."

"Couldn't let all the negative reviews sit here without my 2 cents. I purchased a laptop/tablet over 2 years ago and paid for the accidental coverage. It was a hefty price, but I figured it might come in handy. The laptop has worked great over that time, and since then I've dropped it twice resulting in serious body cracks. Each experience working with the HP service people (who make sure that I know they are in india for some reason) has been flawless and resulted in them replacing a good portion of the housing. Delivery of all packing materials and shipping both ways is always next day service, and I've never paid anything for it. Turnaround is usually within a week.
Hopefully it isn't a fluke as I'm planning to buy another HP for this very reason."
