Just last I had a great experience with their Customer Service department. I accidentally ordered the wrong version of a software program and called to cancel the purchase. Herman Street Customer Service advised me to go ahead and order the correct software and they would refund me for the first purchase. Sara promised to send the back up CD's 2nd day. When they never showed up, I called back, only to learn they were going out the day they were to be delivered. She then promised to have Erica, a supervisor, call back within 2 hours. And, can you guess? Erica didn't call back! I called back, talked to Erica, who promised to refund my charges within 48 business hours, which is unacceptable. The worst thing is, this was SAT prep software for my son taking it on 5\/4. We've wasted almost a week of valuable studying if Herman Street would have performed as they advertise. I have little faith my refund will come within the 48 business hours and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. "Great Customer Service. I bought some software and it was the download version of the product. I thought my operating system would be able to run it but to my surprise, it didn't. I had to get a refund and in only one email conversation I was able to get my refund with no problems. Great Customer Service. thanks again.. JM"
