Called Herman street and they said I was entitled to a free upgrade. Upgrade was successful. Contacted other company for a refund no telephone number to contact must E-mail them. Still waiting. In the meantime Herman Street answers your call quickly and takes care of your problems. They also replies to your E-mail questions in a couple hours. After working with it for the day, I found I did not care for the software, from several perspectives and deleted it. I had left a message with Herman Street the next buisness day, they responded in a timly manor, however they had told me that they would not refund my pruchase, because I had activated the software. I had mentioned that their web site said \u002230 day free trial\u0022. I could go into more detail as to the phone conversation with the customer service, but will try and keep this brief. In a nutshell I will never make a purchase from this company again. And would caution others in the future to do the same.
