Just last I had a great experience with their Customer Service department. I accidentally ordered the wrong version of a software program and called to cancel the purchase. Herman Street Customer Service advised me to go ahead and order the correct software and they would refund me for the first purchase. Sara promised to send the back up CD's 2nd day. When they never showed up, I called back, only to learn they were going out the day they were to be delivered. She then promised to have Erica, a supervisor, call back within 2 hours. And, can you guess? Erica didn't call back! I called back, talked to Erica, who promised to refund my charges within 48 business hours, which is unacceptable. The worst thing is, this was SAT prep software for my son taking it on 5\/4. We've wasted almost a week of valuable studying if Herman Street would have performed as they advertise. I have little faith my refund will come within the 48 business hours and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. "I recently ordered the Hallmark Greeting Card program as a downloadable for my Mac. I didn't receive an email with download instructions. I wrote (emailed) Customer Service. Within hours I received the product key and downloading instructions. The program is now downloaded and running! The Customer Service person was identified as Sarah Gowe."
