"Placed order and received confirmation email telling me both that they are picking my order and that the item ordered is out-of-stock (not sure how it can be both). Payment was taken immediately. After nearly one month with no product, I called their customer service number during business hours and was only given an opportunity to leave a message. Sent an email to customer service, and despite their claim they'll get back to me within 24 hours, I still have not heard from them after more than 72 hours.
Not impressed with lack of concern from this company and not receiving what I paid for a month ago. Since they won't respond, I will contact my credit card company and have them seek a resolution for me. I'm guessing that there are better and more responsive and honest companies with which to do business. "
