It arrived fast, perhaps too fast, as it had shifted during transit and one side of the copper fins was severely mangled. I managed to straighten it out somewhat, but it looked like hell. I sent an email to the company outlining the damage, and they offered to replace it straightaway, no questions asked. The new unit arrived today in much better shape than the previous one and Heatsinkfactory said not to worry about sending the old one back. After picking up my jaw, I realized that here is one company that still believes in its customers and I will pass that tidbit along to my other friends and colleagues who may be interested in \u0022optimizing\u0022 their systems.
