"I ordered a fan controller from Heatsink Factory and paid for second day delivery. There was a mistake made when shipped that sent the item ground. When I noticed the mistake, while checking tracking with the shipper, I called Heatsink Factory's customer service. The customer service rep not only refunded my initial shipping charge, but also sent a replacement part via next-day service so as to make sure I received the part when I initially expected, which I indeed did. I would also add that the rep was extremely friendly genuinely concerned that I get my part when I needed it.

You rarely find customer service this attentive. They not only corrected their mistake but refunded the entire cost of shipment while at the same time getting me my part in the original time-frame I had expected when initially ordered. That's above and beyond anything I could have expected.

I'm very pleased with this company's customer service and would recommend them enthusiastically."

"I wanted to let everyone now that my experience with heatsinkfactory.com was a very pleasant one to say the least. i purchased the wrong item from them by my mistake so i called them on the phone and got a real person right away! you dont get that to much anymore these days,explained my error and was told just to send item back and write store credit on reciept and the would issue me a credit,wow that was easy.i recieved a phone call from someone in a few days after sending item back and man that was a shocker,dont get that much either anymore.they refunded me and i just reorded the correct item from them.customer service from heatsinkfactory .com is outstanding!! this was not my first purchase from them nor will it be the last.these are the kind of small business,s we must support for there hard work people!hats off to everyone at the heatsinkfactory.com,thank you for your service!"

"In June of 2011 I purchased 2 120mm fans from their website. The very next day I received an e-mail from the company ststing they were out of the fans and they offered a similar fan instead or a refund. I asked for the refund and it was sent back to me immediatly. I mentioned that I was also looking for a certain heatsink and the gentleman at Heatsink factory was able to give me the info on that product. I did end up buying the heatsink at the companys other website - Frozen CPU - . That item was sent out right away and arrived in excellent condition. The buying experience with this company and the sister company Frozen CPU were excellent and I would have no reservations about buyng from either of them again. "

"Very quick service, inexpensive shipping options, and good selection. I ordered a Thermalright Silver Arrow heatsink from them on a Friday evening and they shipped it out within hours. Delivered via USPS Priority Mail first thing Monday morning.

What was especially significant was how well packaged my order was. It appeared that the USPS played volleyball with the box, but the inner package was in perfect shape and undamaged.

One of the two fans from the heatsink was rattling, so called them up and they offered to replace the fan if I send it in to them, or I could order a new one from their website and they'd refund the price when I shipped back the original rattler.

Overall, very happy with the Heatsink Factory (also known as Frozen CPU.)"

"I received the package on(9/3/10)very quickly, and inspected the NH-D14 and component parts without any damage nor missing after opened it. its new item! since I just ordered it on 8/31/2010.

WOW!!! Very fast delivery and great overall value. Would definitely order from them again. and recommend this business to anyone.

"I ordered some IC 7 Carat Diamond Extreme Performance Thermal Compound from Heatsink Factory and received them in great condition. I went with heatsink factory because their shipping rates was the lowest and their pricing was competitive. I will order from them in the future if they maintain their low prices.
