All other stores said they were out of stock, Heatsink Factory said they were still in stock and had 2 left. I placed my order and they charged me as soon as I placed it. A few hours later I received an email stating that the case was actually not in stock. I asked for a refund and still haven\u0027t received it even though my order has been cancelled. It\u0027s just bad business to charge someone before even checking if the item is in stock. Stay away from these guys, just use Xoxide or Newegg unless you want your credit card charged for an item that is out of stock. The funny thing is, when I ordered stuff from FrozenCPU, they didn\u0027t charge my card until a few days after the order had been shipped. Too bad Heatsink factory doesn\u0027t have the same policy. I ordered a Thermalright Silver Arrow heatsink from them on a Friday evening and they shipped it out within hours. Delivered via USPS Priority Mail first thing Monday morning.<br><br>What was especially significant was how well packaged my order was. The very next day I received an e-mail from the company ststing they were out of the fans and they offered a similar fan instead or a refund. I asked for the refund and it was sent back to me immediatly. I mentioned that I was also looking for a certain heatsink and the gentleman at Heatsink factory was able to give me the info on that product. I did end up buying the heatsink at the companys other website - Frozen CPU - . That item was sent out right away and arrived in excellent condition. The buying experience with this company and the sister company Frozen CPU were excellent and I would have no reservations about buyng from either of them again. At first I was not sure if it was going to fit with my ram on my motherboard (asus p6x58d premium) but fit fine. It keeps my i7 930 overclocked to 4 ghz at around 26-30 degrees Celsius on idle depending on the ambient temps. I would highly recommend this if you are planning on overclocking your cpu. "I wanted to let everyone now that my experience with heatsinkfactory.com was a very pleasant one to say the least. i purchased the wrong item from them by my mistake so i called them on the phone and got a real person right away! you dont get that to much anymore these days,explained my error and was told just to send item back and write store credit on reciept and the would issue me a credit,wow that was easy.i recieved a phone call from someone in a few days after sending item back and man that was a shocker,dont get that much either anymore.they refunded me and i just reorded the correct item from them.customer service from heatsinkfactory .com is outstanding!! this was not my first purchase from them nor will it be the last.these are the kind of small business,s we must support for there hard work people!hats off to everyone at the heatsinkfactory.com,thank you for your service!"
