"I got my item quickly with a good price. (And it is a fabulous item, by the way.) The Philips Heartstart Onsite couldn't be easier to use. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I requested a quote the day before I ordered using the web data entry screen, and also attempted a chat on the web, but never got a response from either. I had hoped to get a corporate discount, but just went with list price, which was still competitive. "
