If you didn't get their letter telling you "If you don't respond we will go ahead and charge you the membership" This is what I was told over the phone. After talking to several people and voice messages I got no resolve. They alos have my creadit card #. Everything I have bought in the past (about 3 years ago) I have had to send back. I was through with this company then but now just recently I have been charged $43.98...I would just like these terrible people out of my life. Do not go by their photos or descriptions, just try to visualize whatever you're looking at made in the cheapest possible way using the cheapest scrap materials available and you will have some idea of what you will get. Or, take the asking price and divide it by 5 and that's what the item is really worth. They told me free shipping on an item, but charged $2 for what they called "extra shipping fees" and then another $2.99 for what they called "processing fees". Use their catalogs to start your wood stove."
"This outfit is a JOKE. At least their cheap chinese junk is. I ordered the hatchet knife, fallowed the reviews and it was a good price. I revieved it today, this thing is utter carbage. It is made of cheap metal, whether it is stainless steel or not is questionable. The handle is of cheap metal. The blade itself is almost as thin as a piece of paper. This thing would snap in half or bend using it as a knife or hatchet.It is made in china, no suprise there and was not stated on their site. The inside of the knucle rings are very rough, and would cut your fingers up if you even tried using it without gloves. This is terrible. I could have bought a cheap 10 dollar knife from my local flee market and had better quality. Just a per warning, if you want a piece of crap chinese metal, then this is for you. People selling chinese junk in america is a part of the reason we are loosing jobs fast. Not to mention china has no envirmental safty laws, so who knows what chemicals or materials where made to use this. Theres a reason the u.s. has to recall half the stuff we get from china.
